Chech in agents are on some how power trip
Every time I leave from WAW even with my 1k status there is a problem
This time my second bag, I was lectured had to pay extra then lectured some more
It's hideous there
Never sit at the last row. You can't even tilt your sit back. The flight was too crowded and noisy. People couldn't find seats and baggage room. On top of that the "fasten your seat belt" sign was on 80% of the time. The plane was shaking in the air you find yourself either praying to survive or praying to keep your lunch down.
I am very disappointed in the way my ticket was checked when I was heading to Bucharest from Athens.
I had everything ready my boarding pass my passport and my visa.
Then the woman who was checking the tickets before we entered looked 2 seconds on my passport and said we have a problem we need to call the immigration. She started calling people and called her coworker, she didn't tell me what was going on! She didn't explain what was the problem, I asked her a couple of times what is the problem she just said we need to call the immigration.
I asked her one final time tell me the problem! Then she finally told me, but it turned out obviously she didnt read my visa correctly, there was nothing wrong with my visa or my ticket, the problem was she misread my visa!
Then she said oh I didn't see that sorry.
This took approximately 10 minutes.
Ok she apologized but it didn't sound sensere or honest.
I felt embarrassed and humiliated, specially when she kept saying we need to call the immigration like I am some kind of a criminal.
I was NOt treated the way customers should be treated.
She did not have to be rude in the first place, and she should have apologized in a decent manner wihout any attitude.
It would be great if you tell your employees to treat everyone with the same respect, and that they shouldn't descrinate against any nationality.
Just because I am from the middle east doesn't mean I should have a problem with my visa! And just because I am 22 doesn't mean I don't deserve a decent apology!

Old fashioned seat, no usb to charge my phone, battery went ;off and couldn't make a call to my family to assure them of a half way safe trip while stopping over for almost 6 hours in Ataturk Intl. Airport, Turkey.
LOT uses the 787 Dreamliner which is very comfortable. They do go out of their way to provide an excellent experience. I am 6'3, and the seat in business class which turns into a flat bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend LOT Polish for your travels. We already booked with them again (Chicago to Barcelona via Warsaw) for this fall.
the worst airline ever! seriously, i couldn't even think it would be that bad. people should consider buying tickets to other airlines, even if more expensive, it will turn out cheaper at the end.
cabin crew super rude and not helpful at all, old smelly aircraft, both times the flight was delayed. just horrible. NEVER again
I liked the food. That's it. Oh the stewardesses were pretty. But that's it. Oh and it was on time.
Everything was terrible. The plane seemed like it was going to fall apart instantly. People clapped every time we landed. Success we are alive. The stewardesses and crew were rude and unhelpful. The seats made for children it seemed. No entertainment. Movie screens were fuzzy, small and unclear. Couldn't understand any announcement. Sucked.
customer service never available by phone (waited 3 times more then 30 minutes each time ..)
awful web site not user friendly at all ,no option to find anything about the flight,bad user experience ( i'm from the software industry).
no online check in option (according to the local customer service station in kiev)
no option to continue from the connection city as it consider change from some reason and you need to pay extra 100$!!! although other companies give you this option for free (i wanted to verify it before ... but n one answer me at the customer service in the phone !!! )

They broke my suitcase !
It is normally 1 baggage up to 23kg free. But not for Ukraine Int Air.
On checking in on my way back, it turned out that "only 1 way was payed for the baggage". Very interesting, who is going only 1 way with baggage? The ground attendant was very rude and shouted in front of all the people waiting. Needless to say that at no stage of the ticket reservations, any of this was mentioned.
Was really an embarrassing situation
although we did check-in in advance we got separate locations. as most of the couples near us/ everyone had to switch palces. it was almost hour delay and at the end our luggage did not arrive to tel aviv!!!
