Cons: "The food was not enough, not taste. For 11 hours only two meals. I wanted to change my meal with another they refused"
Pros: "Water bottle when we arrived at our seat."
Cons: "Paying 8 euros for premium movies AND if you wanted earphones (I had my own), you would need to pay 2 euros more. Excessive. Choice of movies was rather limited even in premium. In regular, it was quasi non-existent (2)."
Cons: "This was the coldest flight I ever flew- the temperature was probably in the 50s. For 9 hours when even 3 blankets were not enough to keep us to a decent temperature. Also the crew was very cold and dismissive. They were very aggressive towards two other passengers."
Pros: "On my going flight MSP to Frankfurt, I had a normal seat and as a tall person, it was miserable. The seats were so tight I had to have my legs in the aisle and constantly stand just to make it. On the return I was given an exit row and it was quite nice."
Cons: "Condor is a reduced price airline so I was not expecting a large amount of entertainment. But only two free movies was a little bit extreme. The music selection was good."
Cons: "They switched me to a different flight saying I won't make my connection due to high traffic at the BUD airport and they never told me that instead of arriving to JFK, they are flying to Newark airport. Having not known this at all, I had no ride home, super inconvenienced and I was 2 hours plus away from my home in Jersey. Horrible experience"
Pros: "Attention to details, big clean bathrooms, service with a smile, friendly flight attendants, overall a great experience. I think American, United and Delta and other airlines could learn a lot from this Company."
Cons: "Not much, just the USB port on my chair was not working. No biggie. Reported it and should be fixed asap."
Pros: "there was ice cream for dessert at night"
Cons: "- Delay > 2 hours and no info at gate at the time of planned boarding - unfriendly ground staff and chaotic check in - old 747, "entertainment 1970s standard - crew looked unkempt (like just out of bed), unfriendly to downright rude, my 85 year old mum was ignored repeatedly and ended up not getting enough fluids as a result - 1/8 crew members managed a smile on occasion - rushed meal "service", all they wanted was to disappear to sleep - crammed spaces - while it was announced "we have three different meal choices, you will have at least two choices" - ummm, no, it was pasta. Period. To be fair the pasta turned out ok. The morning dry ham and cheese bun was not, especially without any drink."
Pros: "The food was ok"

Pros: "The crew did really well in serving everyone. They were polite, helpful and on the go from the time we boarded until the time we landed."
Cons: "The greatest issue I have has to do with the state of Gatwick which is now under construction. Air conditioning was not available at our gate nor the seating area. We stood at our gate for a long time before being processed so that we could enter the seating area for the flight. We went from hot to hotter prior to boarding."

Pros: "Crew service"
Cons: "No entertainment on board"
