Very uncomfortable seats, seats do not recline, very cramped seating
Nothing, at first how cheap it was, but one quickly realizes you get what they paid for.
The fact that they blamed the weather for their in ability to land, but the reality is that the airline is so cheap they don't carry enough fuel to be able to give it another go at landing in Las Vegas. We were literally only about 15 20 feet from landing at our destination when the pilot decided to speed up and give it another go. But then they gave us some b.s. about how their gate was taken and they had no other available gates, but then they blamed the weather. Wish they could get their story straight. Anyway, the airline just stranded us in Los Angeles, which is even weirder since we took off from San Diego...
Spirit was completely horrible , customer service was completely horrible!

Flight departed ahead of time, even though the long weekend saw numerous passengers.
The crew was pleasant.
I am clearly pregnant and a woman whom works for Caribbean airlines asked me to hold my own bags as my husband wasn't allowed to carry on the plane more then two pieces. she REFUSED to let us through till he gave me the bag to carry. I told her I was pregnant even hold my stomach as she can see. That was so shocking to me. Please keep in mind this isn't a security check point we went through all with no problem.This is boarding after you have you ticket scanned and they are boarding row by row. The seats were small and uncomfortable. I flew home on a hospitable airline JETBLUE. Better seats, better snacks, better overall experience
On arriving at the check in at orlando, there was a sea of humanity and no one telling which line was for the various destinations. On the return from kingston they had me send in my checkef luggage then asked me to weigh my take on luggage. Fortunately I was within regulation but if i needed to redistribute my things should I throw stuff away because my valuables were in my hand luggage.
