Cons: "The flight from Boston was extremely delayed,but miraculasly, the boarding to conecting FinnAir flight 6, took extra 10 minutes, which gave me a chance not to catch it. Though, me and the AA rep., had to cross-run about a mile up and down the escalators at terminal 8 , my baggage was left behind and did not make a transfer to FinnAir 6. At final destination I was asked to file a lost baggage claim. If not the initial flight from Logan, everything should go smoother."

Cons: "No food on nearly 6 hour flight. Attendant would purposely bash me with drink cart every time he passed to remind me my arm was in HIS aisle. No entertainment at all on flight. At least the seats are bigger than BA."

Cons: "British Airways had too tight of connections on flights that we purchased and then they ran late. Because of this, we had to rebook both going to Europe and coming back. Our friends were then charged extra luggage fees when being put on a domestic flight back home after going through customs. It will be difficult for me to want to use British Airways again because of all the flight change notifications we got before traveling and then once we did actual travel."

Pros: "We arrived safely. We were late but arrived safely. When we had to spend the night en route, the customer service desk was very kind and helpful."
Cons: "Crew was grumpy and very unhelpful Lots of mechanical delays Kept being assured we would make our connections despite leaving late. In the end we had to change our route in order to have a chance at making it to our destination that day. Even that didn’t work though; we had to spend the night in Charlotte."

Cons: "Made me check my bag saying the flight/overhead bins were full and when I got on the plane- there was at least 15 overhead bins wide open (even above my seat). This is ridiculous after flying for 15 hours."

Pros: "the flight attendants were very professional on this flight. the lead attendant was very personable when giving announcements and going through the safety procedures on the public address system. the other two attendants were also very professional in their services as well."
Cons: "flight 1920 was almost an hour late with boarding. I am extremely upset because I paid an extra $75.00 on day of to get home earlier but ended up getting home at the same time that I would have on my original flight because the flight was late and I missed my shuttle because 1920 was late boarding. I should be reimbursed SOMETHING for my inconvenience...especially after paying $75.00 extra for an earlier flight."

Cons: "Prior to take off as the plane backed away from the ramp, we heard a noise for several minutes from under the plane. It sounded like something with the wheels. Kinda unnerving. Just prior to taxiing the plane stopped, the pilot announced a technical difficulty. They had to reboot one system to correct it. We heard more wheel noise. Almost like the doors over the wheels were stuck. Again kinda unnerving. Once airborne everything was smooth."

Cons: "Our 10:40AM flight got cancelled. We had to wait in line until 1AM with regular check-ins to rebook for 8:40AM. When we made it to the airport again after limited sleep, that flight also got cancelled. We bought a ticket with LATAM which was a breeze. Throughout the following week, we tried calling them numerous times to have them tell us we had to loose yet more time by having to go to their Cusco office... but they couldn't resolve the issue either. We had to escalate this over the phone from their office so they would issue us a flight back to Lima at no charge to us. Now, I can only hope that they will honor this ticket but I'm not expecting much."

Cons: "I bought some items when I was in Belize I get to Dallas to check my items into my bag and American Airlines has one person checking in bags and one guy standing in the hallway with a red coat on telling us where to go so I stood in the line for and hour and ended up loosing my items and missed my flight so I'm on a seven hr wait cause American Airlines can't get bags checked in on time"

Cons: "Could not get voarding pass although an AA plane the ticket as tgey called it was co partner with LATAM, so American would not talk to me and LATAM could not help either. Eventhough I was talking directly in the LATAM lounge with a representative. Ridiculous could not obtain a seat assignment until I arrived in Bogota, there I found out that the flight was overbooked and ended up having the last of a center seat."

Cons: "The flight was delayed three times and ultimately cancelled. I got no notification of the cancellation, only found out because I was constantly checking. Ticketing agents in the airport were overwhelmed and ignored most passengers, on the phone they were useless and offered no solution. I was attending a family funeral in the morning and after American offered no options I rented a car (another huge expense) and drove all night to get the my destination."

Cons: "In Charlotte, they had to deplane on the tarmac and my daughter had a crutch, so she had to sit on the steps to go down them."
