Overall I would say I was pretty impressed with Alaska, their crew and their service. I would say that the part I most enjoyed about your flight services was the gogo inflight internet. On my iPhone 6 it worked perfectly and i happily enjoyed multiple free movies on my flight. My wife did experience some troubles connecting with her LG 6. Hopefully as you go along you will continue to work to get better support for all phone types.

I think mostly it is because the world has become so allergy sensitive that these things must be avoided at all cost, but I'd say my least favorite part about the flight was the inflight "snack" service. I don't know where these biscotts came from, but I miss the old days of peanuts and pretzels. I will commend you that the drink cart came around 2 times during our flight. I think that is great. But the drink cart was definitely missing Dr. Pepper.

I was asked to gate check my bag, which I did. Then waited an hour on the tarmac while they “rebalanced the baggage” which turned out to mean “taking 60 bags off the plane and leaving them.” They didn’t ask for volunteers or even tell us until we got to baggage claim and our bags didn’t show. The carryon I was asked to gate check will now be held at least 24 hours. Totally deceitful and unprofessional.

Delayed flights leading to incredibly tight connection times, staff inconsistent with messaging re the source of the delay, zero compassion for customers, offering $700-$1,400 to get off the plane when you charge $200 to change a flight 2 weeks in advance is especially galling! The boarding went quickly and was well organized

That the price to take a small carryon was just as expensive as taking a large suitcase, ended up having to pay and extra $80 r/t for a small bag and I just that's standard for them. There were no barf bags in any seats, believe me everyone around us was looking as the person next to me was getting sick on the landing because it was crazy rough. When we finally were able to get an attendant over she was as rude as could be, I'm sure this sick person next to me was sorry she "inconvenienced" the crew member, if they just put bags in the seats pockets like every other airline this wouldn't have been an issue. The seats were very uncomfortable with no padding and not able to tilt. The tray tables were nonfunctional, too small and did not extend to get anywhere close enough to reach you. The plane ride itself felt like we were on a old school bus on a gravel road. I had a round trip ticket with frontier and both trips were equally as bad. I will never travel with them again, Most of us weren't even sure if we were going to survive take off with out the plan breaking or something.

We had to go back to the gate after we started the taxi to take off because some idiot had remembered he left a lithium battery in his checked luggage... The service cart kept hitting me and the attendant didn’t even say sorry or excuse me... aisles are too narrow... seats are too small. The guy next to me wouldn’t put the arm rest down because he felt to cramped, so he was hitting me with his elbow all evening... I’m just not happy, but glad to be home.

Going to Denver was delayed and now return trip delayed We were give 3 separate reasons. Poor communication. Just telling me a flight will be delayed is not communication. Lack of a free snack was disappointing. May have to rethink flying Delta next time.

I've always wanted to go to all five Manhattan boroughs in one day. Thanks to Delta, that happened.

The plane broke down as we were about to take off. Delta rebooked everyone on to new flights because it was pretty obvious that plane was not going to be fixed in time. The crew did their best given the situation. The situation was absolute bs though - we had to take a cab to JFK for our new flight and do the whole security thing again and all that annoying stuff. Thanks for wasting 8 hours of my life, Delta.

I liked the check-in kiosk, but only because I had no bags to check. I liked being able to choose my own seat. I liked that the flight was uneventful. I liked the staff at all stages, they were friendly and helpful.

They made me shove my purse into my knapsack to fit within their two bag policy. That's a first for me. My Delta flight did not do that.

The weather was exceptionally bad with very low visibility and lots of turbulence. I don’t know where they found this magical pilot - he managed to navigate the turbulence and land on a dime beautifully. Well done Alaska Airlines. And give that pilot a raise!!!

Flight was on time-ish, no trouble really. Call center folks were great.

Our original flight was cancelled with no explanation. My girlfriend was notified of this and I was not. When I called to get my flight details I was informed that I was to fly out on a completely different day instead. After explaining that there was no chance of that happening, the call center rep was happy to help. The flight was now an American Airlines flight booked through Alaska. About 3 days before our flight we both received calls from American saying that they did not have our passenger information. Apparently Alaska just didn't transfer that over. We also now had two confirmation codes as the returning and connecting flights were still with Alaska. Once we got to the airport on the day of I was able to print my American Airlines boarding pass, however I could not print my Alaska boarding pass on neither American nor Alaska's kiosks. It was a redeye flight as well so there was no staff at the check in counters yet. We ultimately did get to our destination, but it was such a completely unnecessary headache to get there.
