The last time we flew Delta, we were underwhelmed. Our flight was delayed several hours and there was nothing exceptional about it when it did finally leave. That was 5 years ago, and there's been a lot of changes. There I'd now in-flight entertainment, reasonably comfortable seats, and everything was on time.
Virtually no food options.
Everything ran smoothly on this flight. No delays before, pleasant staff, great entertainment selection, okay food options, working equipment (e.g., tv in the headrest worked, seatbelts worked, lavatories were operational, etc.). This flight met all my expectations
The only hiccup was the wait time on the runway before take off. Not sure if that was the airport’s fault or the airline’s fault. We must have waited 45 minutes.

There was a delay from Charlotte to Dallas but not too much so it was fine. Once we arrived in Dallas, however, it took an absorbent amount of time for the crew to open the door. On top of that, the skyline in Dallas was broken down and it caused me to miss my flight completely. I’m a student so I don’t have much money so I had to “sleep” in the airport because I couldn’t get a hotel voucher due to the fact that I missed my flight due to the airport and not the airline itself. My next flight is tomorrow morning but now takes away time from an incredibly busy and tight schedule that I was on. Not happy at all with the Dallas airport.
A cheap option to upgrade to 1st was offered that ended up being a net 0 cost upgrade for me so I took it. Comfortable on an old (but oh so nice) aircraft.
Arrived 30 minutes early to the airport but then had to sit at a remote pad so that we ended up being 5 minutes late to the gate. A short transfer was made even more difficult, and a massive waste if time and fuel sitting and waiting. Figure out your gates early and better, and move around if needed. At the very least, bring up some stairs and buses to get passengers to the terminal and then tow the aircraft in when you have a gate available.

Poor entertainment - food not very good. Didn’t look as though there was concern regarding recycling plastics and metal. We should all be aware of the importance, especially in the airline industry who handle so much recyclable materials.
My confirmation number did not work; originally my flight appeared to be through copa but then it was clear that it was part of the way on United and part of the way on copa; Was unable to check in for flight before getting to the airport; first flight was very delayed and connecting flight was not acknowledged in the delay - in other words, I was going to miss the connecting flight but was unable to get any information about re-booking; waited in the airport for 6 hours then boarded the plane and sat on the plane for 3 hours, then was told flight was delayed until the following day; eventually did take off 22 hours late; when I arrived in Quito finally my bag did not make it; they did not deliver my bag to my hotel as they said they would in the airport, instead I had to go an agency and pick it up. I missed a day and a half of seeing a dear friend I was coming here to visit and nothing can make up for that. Overall, terrible experience.

Annoying screaming 4 year old with his mom’s inability to control him. They sat in front of us. From Houston to Baton Rouge - attendant was too slow. Couldn’t get a cup of water to anyone except I am assume first class passengers. No notice. No apology. Disappointing!
Delayed over an hour
The schedule was not good and I was needed to take later flight than I ordered.
The flight attendants were very kind and hoped to make up for the pilot’s negligence.
Boarding was weird with a lack of overhead bins and then the pilot was inconsistent with updates to safety issues. We were delayed by an hour and twenty mins and then had to wait on the tarmac for another plane to leave the gate. Feels like I wasted two hours in limbo.
