And they refused to let me use a 'foot locker' piece of luggage that has been accepted by MANY different airlines and has flown all over the world many times except on this flight and this company. They made me buy a $10 box and transfer everything into it. Then I tossed my foot locker piece of luggage in the trash bin. They were very uncooperative and petty."

Pros: "I flew PAL 2 years ago and was impressed on this flight home. An awesome added feature that blew me and my 10 year old daughter away was the entertainment! My daughter is afraid of flying. But as soon as we boarded and saw this feature, she completely forgot about her fear. She was so pre-occupied during entire flight to Manila that I was able to relax and enjoy the trip myself. There was a great selection of movies available that almost made me wish the flight was longer so I could watch more! The USB charging option was also a neat feature to have. I could easily charge our phones throughout the flight. I was also impressed with how well staffed the crew was. There was always a crew member going up and down the aisle with water and offering assistance in any way possible. Overall I am happy with the flight. PAL has made the trip home easier, more pleasurable and most importantly closer than ever before. Thank you PAL!"
Cons: "It's always difficult to sleep on airlines especially on long flights. I hope one day the seats are much more comfortable and roomier to have some extent ended leg room and better reclining capability."

Cons: "The terminal for Philippine Air in Manila is probably one of the worst transit terminals I have been to...it is over crowded and in need of an expansion. There are also no places to eat a quality meal if you have descent layover. The food at all the kisoks were not well cooked and the sanitation is easily a D. Also, there is an expected delay of 30 min to an hour with every flight. So don't have any connecting flights with tight transit times."

Cons: "Check in at Kuala was a chaos. The agents were at a lost not knowing how to handle the family in front of me. It took them more than 30 minutes to handle just one family. I think there must be something wrong with the booking system. It took me 45 minutes to complete my check in."

Their Terminal in Manilla is hands down the worst I have visited. On the flight my TV was broken so I was forced to watch the bald spot on the guy in front of me for 13 hours. Will never fly again."

Cons: "2.5 hour check in than 3+ hour delay to take off (I flew 4 flights in one week with them, all 3+ hour delay) in flight entertainment only on app you had to download prior to departure. Small seats, airbus 330 with 3-3-3 configuration. Food was awful. Avoid this airline, any perceived thought of saving time with direct flights lost with take off delays. In Manilla all their flights were severely delayed. In country this is a running joke."

The headphones output did NOT work. the food was disgusting the only thing fammable was the dinner roll which had MOLD. Green MOLD all over it. It was horrific experience. I would never fly with them again. I took video to show the condition of my seat and the mold in the bread."

Unappetizing. Bread chewy, fruit a little bit on the overripe side.I chose Bicol express. Disappointed.Just mostly grizzly meat that got stuck between my teeth. Plane smelled of urine as we got in. Table was hanging, unscrewed. Entertainment, dismal! Tv near seat was not working, watched a distant tvcwith intermittent sound."

Cons: "Both their International Flights and domestic flights are very poor. My flight from Honolulu to Manila was delayed also my domestic flight to Coron, Palawan. My wife"s Philippine Airline flight from Honolulu to Manila on Jan. 21 (Flight PR 101) was cancelled without prior notice. I was only notified by my online booking company- Airfare.com 2 days before scheduled flight and scrambled to find another flight for her. This has been an on going proceedure by Philippine Airlines if they dont have enought passengers for their scheduled flights. It has also happened to many of our friends in Honolulu, Hawaii. If you dont want to ruin your business do not cater for this airline anymore."

The wifi signal was off in long periods and we had to ask the f.a. if the wifi/entertainment was working and she said they havent turned it on yet. Then it seems like they switched it off in the middle of the trip and turned it back on again. I'm not talking about the announcement times. Im okay with it [the wifi/entertainment] being switched off over announcement periods. Cheers! Valerie"

Cons: "The connecting flight was cancelled and the ground staff in Seoul airport had no clue how to help all the stranded passengers. We were sent back and fort to transfer desk and immigration then at the booking counter at the departure level. The cancellation was not handled properly and Asiana staff had no clue what to do. For a big airline company like Asiana, we expected more. In the end, we were left to tend to ourselves and staff at the transfer desk were useless. Never experience this with any other airline."

They say they would have it delivered to our hotel or our final destination depending on if we were staying in Manila or traveling on a connection. No one answers at any of their numbers. Hours later and still no word on my luggage where abouts."

I am sure even I missed the fhat flight, they able to SELL that opening seat and EARN something. The CEBGO gate agents didn't do anything about it."
