There was even one person I saw who had to pay for his headphones to listen to the onboard entertainment. I think Delta should quit being so cheap with the profits they make and give it back to your flying customers. It borders on gouging."

Cons: "The gate agent appeared annoyed when I requested a seat change a couple of hours prior to boarding. She didn’t offer assistance or an explanation. Just looked at me like ‘ in your dreams’. And flight attendants should really practice smiling more. Snacks offered on 5.5 hour flight we’re pretty pathetic."

Cons: "Lost my bag... very frustrated. Nobody at the baggage claim would give us an answer, they said there might be more bags coming... Then they ran away. We finally wind up at the last bag office and they began the process... We still are waiting for our bag, 14 hours after reporting it missing."

Cons: "Flight was delayed for an hour. That left around less than 30 minutes to on-board. More than 20 people missed their connecting flight too. The staff was way too confused. After asking what are the options no one knows how to reschedule and all kept saying that can only happen once you land to calgary."

Cons: "There was food listed in the book but it was never offered. On a 4 hour flight, this is too long! Wifi was broken...I bought a $20 pair of earbuds in the airport specifically to watch movies and was never able to use them."

Pros: "The gate agents in New Bern were amazing at helping me find a seat that was next to an empty seat. I checked with the gate agent early and asked if she could accommodate my request (I'm a big girl, and any extra space on a plane is greatly appreciated!). Overall, I was very happy that they were very willing to help make my flight as enjoyable as possible."

Cons: "Boarding process was horrible, it was first class, priority, zone 1 and then all other zone. There was no order. Flight was delayed. Had a 3 hour delay on the tarmac!"

Pros: "The cabin crew serving the main cabin were exceptional. They were efficient, kind and FUN. We were an hour late leaving and 2/3 of the plane was worried about tight connections. They handled it with grace giving each person their departing gate and asking everyone to let a gentleman off with a 10 minute connection. They made the flight memorably enjoyable."
Cons: "Being an hour late isn't ideal and I understand that it wasn't their fault (the plane was late arriving into Denver. Those things happen. They still goto people to Detroit in time to make connections--barely."

Cons: "We decided to volunteer to take a different flight from our connection to New York because they were overbooked. When it came time to board the international flight, they screwed up our boarding passes and made us wait until the end to board. We were zone 1, priority boarding. The tv screens were very small and so glitchy I stopped watching my movie halfway through. The connector flight from philly to NYC was much more comfortable and had beautiful screens."

Cons: "When we arrived for check in we were told we did not have seats assigned, even though I had picked seats previously. At the gate we were told the flight was very full so we would not be able to sit together."

Cons: "1. Boarding order is not by seating making boarding very inefficient 2. Carry on bags were mandatorily checked at the gate when there was plenty of overhead bin space."

Pros: "After 4 delayed and missed flights they did put me in a motel"
Cons: "Trying to make arrangements and being on hold for 30 to 53 minutes several times all while trying to second guess flights. Not being allowed on a flight after being bumped several times because only 1st class seats were available . Sprinting through the airport with all luggage only to be told I couldon't not board even though the flight did not leave for 5 more minutes"

Pros: "The aircraft was much better than the originally plan which was delayed and then cancelled. Comfort seats and cleaner aircraft was a nice surprise after 5.5hrs of stranded time at the CLE airport."
