Seats 23A, 23B were extra cramped on the B777-300ER, even though they are sold as "extra comfort"! due to the video screen taking space between the seats. The seats were so cramped that the overhead light kept coming on, unknowingly, when people shifted in their seats.

The crew members were kind and friendly and went the extra mile to be helpful.

The entertainment screen was about 6 inches wide and there were only four movies to choose from (one that was older than the hills). The screen wasn't clear. Hard to believe that there was such poor technology for a flight from the U.S. to Europe. Also, there were no ports to charge phones or tablets which made it near impossible to watch entertainment on a phone or tablet due to low battery levels. The wi-fi was not strong. I typically like food on an airplane, but this food was not something to be enjoyed. I hope to not fly Brussels Airlines/United again. I'll stick with British Airways and American.

Crew members were very friendly, plane was clean, seats were comfortable, and flight was much quicker than what I thought it was going to be. Boarding was a tiny bit unorganized, but overall flight was great.

Boarding was a bit disorganized. I had brought my carry-on but the lady at the counter said I had to check it with baggage (which ended up getting delayed once we landed for an additional 15 minutes)

Despite being on board for over 9 hours, we were only provided one meal. The one snack that was also provided was merely a snack size chocolate bar. I have been on plenty of shorter and similar length flighrs that provided a much more reasonable amount of food. This seems to be the result of BA cutting corners on customer service.

We left an hour late but were only 7 min late upon arrival.

I have a major problem with the fact that we passengers boarded the plane on time, expecting to depart on schedule, only to be forced to sit in our seats for nearly 90 minutes prior to actually taking off. While I appreciate that the pilots can make up for most of that lost time, it doesn’t make up for the fact that I’ve had to SIT captive for extra time on top of the what is already a long flight.

una valija se perdió. Eso desató el descontrol que tiene KLM para seguir el equipaje. No hay como hacer tracking. No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen.

I found the girls who checked us in had an attitude problem. We had just arrived from Orlando and walked a very long way from the terminal. We are senior citizens and we're tired from travelling all night. My daughter had booked us on the flight so we did not understand about paying for our luggage. I was extremely upset about having to pay 80 pounds. We were told if they were paid in advance it would have been half the price. I made an attempt to call your office but was told it would be 98, there was confusion over pounds and kilos. Your staffs manner in the morning needs attention. The movie selection was good.

The seats are horrible. The only seats that are more uncomfortable are on Frontier, and these are Frontier seats with an extra “pad” on top. There was also no leg room whatsoever. I think my tray table was also slanted because I set my drink down on it and it slid right off into my lap.

Icelandair has an original lifestyle intro video and safety video. Made me want to experience Iceland. Airport in Iceland was amazing.

Didn’t communicate well with us when airplane was late or make any announcements about boarding. No luggage allowance. Cost was INSANE to check a bag...$95 USD one way and $86 EURO return. The most outrageous prices we have ever come across! Food was not provided for free on our oversees flight. You had to pay again, an outrageous price for a small meal. Overheard crew members talking about others on board and drop the f bomb. Not very professional.

Crew were friendly and helpful. Mechanical problem delayed flight by an hour. Pilot and staff were helpful with updates. Kayak continue to have best prices that I can find.

In economy, meal out was a dried out pasta (or chicken) and arrival meal was a choice of candy bar or cookies! Eat before boarding or bring your own. The plane is well maintained and clean but just very old. Seems the in-flight entertainment is no longer updated monthly. If you fly a lot of long haul, this can be disappointing.

Crew was courteous and polite! Entertainment system had some great movies at no additional cost.

Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?

Information on KLM website and flight status said 50 minutes delay and was never updated with the true status. 3 hours before we took off. KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros.

The flight attendants seemed unused to the idea that Orthodox Jews won't sit beside people of the opposite sex. This made boarding take longer than it needed to. The airline should figure out a way to streamline this process on flights to/from Tel Aviv.

Unfortunately I forgot at the moment when I left the board of the plane, a minute later I reminded that I forgot my hat but I was not allowed to go back and get my hat. I tried to communicate with the Lot&Found office in Vienna airport as I had 2h40 minutes in connection time and it was enough time to get me back the hat, unfortunately nothing was really done from the airport staff to get me my hat and made to me possible continue traveling with my hat. I spoke to two managers, the name I could share with you if you need. The Found office registered my black hat and the plastic box under the number F2018/000682. In this situation I ask your offices to deliver my hat and the plastic box to Lviv airport as sson as possible as this is a special hat for my daily prayers. Service was minimal but sufficient, Food was good

Seats 23A, 23B were extra cramped on the B777-300ER, even though they are sold as "extra comfort"! due to the video screen taking space between the seats. The seats were so cramped that the overhead light kept coming on, unknowingly, when people shifted in their seats.

All went fine and the crew friendly. 12 hours from Switzerland to Sao Paulo is extremely long time to sit in an airplane, but temperature and air were fine and the flight was without delay.
