Pros: Free movie. Informative announcements - friendlier than usual. They told us we were going to take off an hour late due to bad weather in Philly, but it turned out to be only 1/2 hour, and we arrived only 15 minutes late than scheduled. Not so bad.
Cons: The seat seemed a little lumpy or uneven. I usually don't purchase meals, but thought I would this time. However, meals weren't available.
Cons: Inconsistent baggage rules across employees in different parts of the company.
Pros: This flight crew were upbeat and all smile. They definitely know what customer service should be.
Cons: Only pretzels for food when you’ve been on a plane all day didn’t make me happy.
Pros: Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Having a disability is difficult enough but this team went above and beyond.
Cons: Reaching Charlotte terminal I was extremely disappointed. The gate attendant seamed to only want to make excuses as to why there was no wheelchair available. (Short staffed) she didn’t offer me a seat or apologize for no availability. Costumer service should be number one when you work with people everyday.
Pros: Boarding experience was excellent as we used a wheelchair.

Pros: The friendly crew, particularly the female attendant on the flight. Went out of her way to be helpful!
Cons: My friend traveling with me had her luggage sent to Phoenix, instead of Fresno,but to your companies credit you delivered it to her home the next day!
Pros: Plane was new - excellent entertainment system w a lot of movies to choose from; very nice staff; departed early; arrived early; got our bags within minutes of getting off plane. Probably one of the best flight experiences we have had.
Cons: Nothing - everything was excellent! If there was something they could improve upon. It would be either improving the quality of the earphones or enable passengers to use their Bluetooth earphones.

Cons: Too warm. Screen wouldn’t shut off so we could sleep
