Cons: "Not exactly the flight but the attendant white lady in Atlanta at the gate needs to sharpen her customer service skills, a bit obvious on who she prefers to deal with, as a foreigner and over 25 years of experience in dealing with the public, I felt the indifference. I frequently fly and my choice of airline is delta, this by far has been the only dissappointnent. Please do make sure this gets to the person in charge."

Cons: "I did not board this flight as the previous one from Tokyo was late by an hour. Delta did not do ANYTHING to help us pass immigration and customs the fastest possible way. They sent us with the luggage to another terminal and had no signs or attendants to tell us where we recheck the bags. In the end we were late for the flight but Delta did not care!!! They tried putting me on a flight to SLC with a connection! Overall, I am VERY unhappy with them! Zero stars is what they deserve."

Pros: "Flight from SEattle to Atlanta delayed due to mechanical problems for 6 hrs. Once we got to Atlanta there were no flights connecting to Argentina until the following night at 10 pm. Delta did put us up in a hotel but with no food vouchers or any upgrades on delayed flight the next day. Flight attendants and crew were curteous."
Cons: "Fairly small seats and food isn't very good (as seems to be standard these days with most airlines). In flight music is very limited. Movie choices ok. No consideration to upgrade to first class or financial compensation have to be delayed a whole day for a long flight to Argentina."

Pros: "On my ticket it clearly indicate that I am entitled to 2 check in baggage. Delta completely refused to honor this. They said am only entitled 1 piece, and therefore I have to pay for the other luggage. I was forced to borough money from someone at the airport just so that I could board the flight."

Pros: "The flight was run through Delta out of Seattle, and the crew was friendly and very helpful, as it was initially somewhat confusing how to check in for the flight online via WestJet's site - but the check-in agents and gate agents quickly clarified! The flight also boarded and departed mostly on time, and the onboard wifi was great."
Cons: "It was a bit confusing to check in online, as the WestJet site doesn't list Seattle as a departure city and then it took several different input attempts before Delta's site found my WestJet flight info."

Cons: "The redesign of seats means that very few of Delta's planes can actually accommodate a sherpa-style pet carrier, even though they are an industry standard for in-cabin travel. Further complicating the problem is that the clearance under the seat varies depending where in the cabin you're seated. It's become an extremely stressful proposition for which I have the privilege of paying an extra +$100 each way whilst having to give up one of my carry ons. As far as I can see, the charge is just straight up greed, since no one would be able to use the space beneath the seat in front of me, anyway, and carrying on my cat cause zero extra work for the crew. I'm going to have rethink my loyalty to Delta. At least with Southwest, they'll let me check two bags for no additional cost."

Cons: "Crew spent 90% of time on half dozen rows of comfort and virtually ignored the rest Entertainment screen - touch screen was partially non responsive, way to small, and lack choices. Should have option to buy movies, etc. Not just delta, but I don't know why boarding is not done from the back of the plane instead of zone - at least for coach. I think it would be faster."

Cons: "Poorly organized boarding at Miami. Agent did NOT speak clearly. Uncomfortable long walk outside uphill ramps and steps to board on the a tarmac. Purser’s PA system only worked occasionally. Most communications relayed from rear. My first class seat in row 3 was broken partially reclined."

Cons: "Boarding the way there, they did not honor my AA Advantage card to board earlier because my boarding pass did not say so. Even after seeing it said so in the computer system, they refused to honor it. So this time, I gave up and boarded with the last group. No prior warning was given that this plane would not allow for carry on luggage in overhead bins. Further were no charging ports on board, no free WiFi, no adjustable headrests, and the seats did not recline. There were no kosher cookies."

What compounds the lie; now that we are on the ground, the ground crew cannot remove the checked luggage due to weather. Now I'm stuck without anything! No one at American want to help me out of this situation."

Cons: "Flight was on and off regarding time of departure. Received at least three alerts that the plane was delayed 1/2 hr then on time then delayed. We had to take a bus to the plane and sat on tarmac for several minutes until our flight disembarked."

Cons: "The crew. It seems that the US crew has gotten used to treating customers like animals and giving treats to deplane or calling security is a norm now. They seem to forget that they are working in a service industry. On our flight which was international and long they had quarantined the entire back rows for themselves and one of the bathrooms was also for their use only. In addition they had two choices for the meal they served Chicken and Pasta and they mentioned to customers that they had run out of Chicken. One of the passengers in our group of seven could not eat pasta as she had dietary restrictions after surgery and they told her too bad and she should have ordered a special meal. When she spoke up she was threatened with security. This person is a respected physician in her community and understands the service industry well. The worse part is the crew then proceeded to eat chicken dinners right behind her seat and continued to talk rudely about her. They had not run out of chicken meals just kept them for themselves. It seems American Airlines spends lots of advertising dollars about choosing to fly with them but is forgetting to train their staff about being nice to passengers."

Cons: "Bathrooms were in rough shape, would have liked to see those serviced in-flight so those of us using the space to do night-time routines like brushing our teeth and washing faces didn't have to deal with someone else's mess."

Cons: "The flight was late due to maintenance and caused us to miss our connecting flight to Chicago. American Airlines customer assistance at the airport was absolutely terrible. They were rude and inconsiderate as they kept suggesting to fly standby. We shouldn't have to fly standby when it wasn't our fault why were late. They told us our bags would be ok going to Chicago and they we would make the flight, but we did not. I do not know why didn't wait for us considering there were 8 others that also missed the connecting flight. We had to fly to Denver and stay overnight with no luggage and catch a 7:00am flight to Chicago. The last surprise I received was my damaged bag when I got back to Chicago. Thank you for making this trip memorable in a terrible way. I will never book or recommend Kayak or use American Airlines again."

Cons: "Boarding was hectic with passengers fighting over the overhead compartment spaces, security measures were overbearing with around 2 hours of going thru checks between terminals at Heathrow Airport. The seat selection is a joke since we could never select our seat not even 24 hours before the flight, so buyers be aware. The food was mediocre at best."

Cons: "Oy, they offered an $800 credit if I let them bump me. But they had no way to get me to my destination! I guess instead of asking for volunteers, they should have asked for people who really didn’t want to go. Then the flight attendant announced, “we’re really low on food”. Really? This is a SEVEN hour flight!"

It would have been a lot more comfortable in the terminal."

Cons: "That i booked a flight that departed 6:20pm on Alaska Airlines and found out i was put on a red eye American Airlines flight that left at 11:50 pm. In addition did not reciveve any notification of the change. Had to leave the airport because i thought i was leaving at 6:20 pm :("
