Airport security was great and the airport pane was clean with a great crew!
Didn’t depart on schedule and then had to wait in Calgary to depart as the gate wasn’t available
price online when i booked the ticket was different. Air Canada charged me extra for seating as well which was showing free at the time of booking Some thing is not right. Extta charges of $16 does not sounds good specially when its not disclosed.
Tv screens and in flight entertainment
I paid 450 Euro for a return 2 hour flight & I didn't get a 20kg allowance. I don't expect a check in bag on a US or European budget airline but this is the national carrier. It's the first time I've paid for a checked bag in all my years flying with different national carriers. I.e. Qantas, Air New Zealand, Singapore to name a few. All in all. Air Canada charging like a national carrier but the baggage allowance policy of a budget airline. Not good enough in my opinion.
The attendant’s name is Karen. She first caught my attention was the way she talked to the passengers. She was like a parent or a teacher telling her kids to share but not solving their problem over the head bin. Then before we were landing, the passenger next to me asked for her help to put her bag into the head bin because she’s not tall enough. Karen said she’s doing security check and never came back. I managed to help my neighbor passenger before landing and was very impressed to this flight attendant.

you couldn't hear the staff when they started boarding the plane
adjustable head rest is great - being given a pillow is great - the plane was not too cold to sleep either (as they often are)
Very uncomfortable and cold. Wasn’t space didn’t serve anything no WiFi or tv like other flight
West Jet connectivity would not work for my phone or ipad. There weren't able to fix the service.

Really warm in the cabin.
Due to a baggage check-in snafu, we were very late to arrive at our gate. But we made it! And the staff were still very kind to us even though we arrived so late and they didn't know why. The flight was probably the smoothest I've ever been on, and the snack and beverage service was just fine - I loved that cookies were an option and not just pretzels. Overall, an excellent experience!

Who decided that seats should be shaped that way? Always gives me a backache.
Landed on time. AA is mostly on or before schedule. Definitely like that part. Smooth flying as well.
No interactions with the crew this time. Boarding is okay.
Potable water was down so no coffee, tea, or more important... water to wash hands. Then they didn’t have my second choice of beverages after coffee either.
All the different prices for seats. I think it is a stupid system. Miss the good old days of air travel.
Smooth flying and lots of respects to the pilots for their dedicated work. The entertainment really works very well.
Poor Service. The service of drinks is done very poorly. Really concerned with the attitude. Never need those complimentary drinks.
