Pros: "I felt safe on this flight. Middle seats were empty, plane seemed clean, masks, etc. were in place. I flew Sun Country a few weeks prior to this and flight was overcrowded and COVID precautions were way insufficient."

Cons: "The man sitting next to me was coughing and not covering his mouth. I am especially concerned given the recent Coronavirus outbreak."

Pros: "Delta refused to let us reserve a bassinet seat, and kept telling us to ask them later. They ultimately were not able to to provide one. They were the least accommodating of all the airlines we have asked."

Pros: "Flight was cancelled - we were moved to an Alaska Air flight. That is why all of the NAs. What was good is that the moved us to another flight in a timely manner. Also, the gate attendant kept everyone informed of what was happening."

You have no idea how THANKFUL I WAS AND AM FOR THEM. SO MUCH ALOHA FROM HAWAII, best flight crew EVER!!! PLEASE reward them"

Pros: "Some Delta planes have headrest Screens. Both my flights did and love watching movies they offer at eye level then to use iPad and have to bed down to watch. You can’t tell why planes have seat back screens but sure glad my flights dis"

Pros: "Crew gave specific instructions on boarding as to wear to place bags (overhead vs under seat) so even though we boarded toward the end, there was still a place for my bag. I enjoyed the choice of snacks."

Cons: "After a delay of about an hour on a very full flight the gate agent asked for volunteers to check their rollaboard suitcases. The gate agents then allowed those who checked their rollaboards to board before Zone 1,which was fine. However, a bunch of people without gate check stickers on the rollaboards were also allowed to board before Zone 1, which was aggravating. There was a long delay on the tarmac, during which we had to pull back to the gate or to a maintenance area before we finally took off. When we arrived in Vegas there was no gate for us to pull into, which led to another long delay of an already long and delayed flight."

Cons: "- Put a special meal request. Meal request (vegan vegetarian) was confirmed on my boarding pass. However, when service came, flight attendant informed me that "I don't have any left. sorry". So I went 15 hours without food. - Ceiling light was "broken" and falling off. The light would not turn off, so I went 15 hours with no sleep. Overall very rude and low standard service."

Cons: "I'm so used to the nice screens with free tv games and flight tracker and really missed that on this trip. I'm glad I decided not to pay to upgrade to comfort + this trip for the first time in a long time. I was able to use my tablet for flight tracker but could only see the map and not the stats"

Cons: "Hassel about getting a visa to Cambodia. Refused to give me a boarding pass for 2nd and 3 rf leg of trip. Korean Air had no problems giving me yhe passes. Otter people had Delta boarding passes shivh they traded for Korran Aiir passes but the got better seats. Food was very good"

Pros: "for a 9.5 hour flight, the seat was actually pretty comfortable. The A330 is definitely more comfortable than 767. While the food sucked on my outbound flight from atlanta to london, the food on the amsterdam to atlanta flight was pretty good. there was a lunch, a snackbox and then a hot snack before landing. There was plenty of beer to drink so that made the flight better."
Cons: "first, the entertainment system was busted. you could use the flight tracker and play games, but couldn't watch any movies or tv shows. They only told us about this 5 minutes before boarding. There was wifi so you could stream shows to a tablet, but that assumed you had a tablet and that it was charged because the usb ports on the nonfunctioning entertainment system were, you guessed it, nonfunctional. Fortunately we had charged tablets and were able to stream some shows but they kept buffering and locking up because the gogo wifi wasn't working very well. About half the flight attendants were friendly but the other half obviously didn't want to be there. The last half hour was pretty bumpy due to remants of a hurricane in the area. The person behind me was frantically looking for a barf bag but we found out that most of the seats didn't have them. So that could have been ugly. I flew delta for the skymiles but based on this trip I will either fly on their partners (virgin, klm, airfrance) for reduced mile credit, or choose a different airline."

Pros: "The crew was professional and efficient. This includes the ground personnel that had to cope with a grossly overbooked flight. I was upgraded to comfort+ at the gate."
Cons: "Fed up with the .4 oz pretzels. The arrival in LAX was chaotic. We had left on-time and were told that we would arrive approx. 20 minutes early. Ha! First landing attempt had to be aborted, the landing not being cleared by the control tower. Then we cruised, circling over the Ocean, and the lights of the city again. Finally we landed. Taxiing on the tarmac was interrupted many times, and took overall 30 minutes. The pilot kept informing us. I was probably not the only passenger that had and urgent need to reach a bathroom... Of course, Delta should not be blamed"

Pros: "Quick flight and we flew over Yosemite (where we recently hiked). Also, the free in-flight entertainment is such a nice addition! My wife and I had the seat open next to us, so it was very nice to have extra room in our row!"

Pros: "The African-American gentleman flight attendant was extremely helpful, funny, engaging, and service exceeded normal expectations! The plane had blue lights & calming music on in the cabin."
