Cons: "Didn't know about close connections and terminal changes until printing boarding passes. Snack offerings are minimal one almost all airlines for regular fares. a tiny wafer cookie or about 5 mini-pretzels are not very impressive. I wold much prefer peanuts to pretzels--an option would be good. The gate of outgoing flight to Bloomington kept changing on phone m messaging shortly before takeoff , about 6 gate changes in 10 minutes. Confusing!"

Pros: "I am traveling with a friend and our request to seat together was hornored. The crew was fantastic but the seats were cramped. The entertainment was mediocre. I was happy to hear of charging stations, alas, i wasn’t sitting in one of those seats with that option."

Pros: "The seat was comfortable for such s long flight (~10 hrs). The selection of movies/television/music for personal use was exceptional. Being provided a lightweight blanket & small pillow a nice touch. Beverage service and a small unexpected VIP of ice cream a very nice surprise!"
Cons: "Didn't like being served dinner-type food (pasta & salad) late morning….but I shouldn't complain since it was a privilege yo be served a meal.Didn't like being told my window shade had to be closed I chose a window seat so I could look out the window and have natural light. It was daytime. As there was no one sitting next to me, I ultimately kept the shade partway open. I could tell the crew was irritated. Several hours later, a different FA came over and just shut my shade; I reopened it. What a stupid tug of war."

Cons: "My ticket was cancelled because of a misrepresentation made by an agent when I had to rebook the outgoing leg of this trip. I had to pay $670 for new ticket at the airport with no other options and very little help from the LatAm agents. I'll never book another ticket with this airline."

Cons: "I never experienced the flight because I wasn't given a seat. The airline oversold the flight and I never got to go. I missed my once in a lifetime experience because the airline is greedy at my (and other people's) expense. I missed out on a priceless experience. Not only that, the bag that I checked did not make it off the flight so I remained in DC while my bag went to Medellin. I had to purchase new toiletries and had to make arrangements to get back to the airport. As of now, I do not plan on choosing American Airline nor LATAM for my future flights."

Cons: "The seats are much too close and I had no leg room. My ankles are still swollen. The man in front of me pushed his seat back so much that I was trapped. They called group 1 and 2 but did not clearly call 3 so good thing I was paying attention."
