Bathrooms are tiny unlike 777 and the seats are not good, i dislike the narrow feel of the feet well and there is noooo storage for shoes or amything else..what fail. And the door thing is a joke. I will make zero effort to fly this equipment...777 is the best after loosing the 747."

Pros: "No surprises. On time. Courteous. I suppose the most amazing thing is their app. It tells you when your bags get on! Also I forgot that I had a knife in my pocket. I ran back to the desk and she went back, found my bag, put the knife in there. Wow. What service. Also I notice that Atlanta is a lot nicer than it use to be. Attendants are more friendly and loading is more organized. Way to go Delta."

Cons: "Delta doesn’t offer military spouses free checked bags and I found this out at the airport. It was disheartening, but at least it’s Delta and not the airline that is supposed to represent America."

Cons: "Boarding was orderly but it was hard to hear the announcements of the zones. I flew economy and it was like flying in a frozen sardine can. There was absolutely NO leg room. At 5 ft, 2 " if I found it difficult, I cannot even imagine how a taller person felt. I wore a coat, sweater, and scart , and warm socks, and I was still freezing the entire trip. It took me 20 minutes to thaw out after arriving. It was quite uncomfortable."

Cons: "Ticket price was a bit much, the seats and aisle inside the plane are only made for skinny people. Aisle was barely longer across than my foot, and the guy next to me was a bit bigger than average, leaving me to have to scrunch in my seat the whole flight. Lots of elbows, butts and hips knocking into my shoulders as people boarded."

Sat on plane for another 30 mins then were finally let off the plane. Quiet announcements for reboard most passengers late. Then waited in line for take off for another 25 min. Whole thing was poorly executed. Would expect better from a large airline"

Cons: "Switched planes 3 times, Gates 4 times and little communication on what to expect now, and moving forward. Ended up delayed on jetway 90 minutes before returning to gate to be switched on and off planes for 4 hours Also Delta broke my suitcase in 4 spots I will be contacting delta about this horrible experience!!!"

Cons: "The boarding took a long time then when they called for the zone 3 they told us to hurry up. The steward was doing everything by hand motion. You couldn't hear what he was saying. The plane was extremely noisy and we asked what the noise was none of the crew answered. This is not the normal service that I am used to from Delta."
