Crew was friendly and helpful
Our flight was delayed by almost 2 hours and caused me to miss my connecting flight. Next available flight was a 6 hour layover that I was not expecting.
Very uncomfortable and cold. Wasn’t space didn’t serve anything no WiFi or tv like other flight
Arriving to the destination
No help with baggage when boarding the plane, they hurry you up for nothing, because we had to wait 20 mi utes to take off.
Being too old to listen to crying baby's in the economy (Cattle Car) section of the airplane.
They fixed my vegetarian meal issue by making sure I get it on the next flight.
1. They didn't have a vegetarian meal as I had selected while booking my flight. 2. For the 2nd meal, they offered me the extra vegetarian meal they had but it had so much chili powder in it, it was not edible.
Food, would of liked snacks or dessert.
Would of like more movie choices
The service is great. The food good. The seats are standard sleeper seats, so also good.
the wine selection was not so good. They could do much better with the wine. It’s not the cost it’s the selection. For the same price range they could have better tasting wine.

Tv screens and in flight entertainment
I paid 450 Euro for a return 2 hour flight & I didn't get a 20kg allowance. I don't expect a check in bag on a US or European budget airline but this is the national carrier. It's the first time I've paid for a checked bag in all my years flying with different national carriers. I.e. Qantas, Air New Zealand, Singapore to name a few. All in all. Air Canada charging like a national carrier but the baggage allowance policy of a budget airline. Not good enough in my opinion.

The attendant’s name is Karen. She first caught my attention was the way she talked to the passengers. She was like a parent or a teacher telling her kids to share but not solving their problem over the head bin. Then before we were landing, the passenger next to me asked for her help to put her bag into the head bin because she’s not tall enough. Karen said she’s doing security check and never came back. I managed to help my neighbor passenger before landing and was very impressed to this flight attendant.
I really enjoyed the flight, which was almost 15 hours long. I give an overall 4 star review for this flight. The boarding process was pretty organized (without including the ignorant passengers who can't read their zone numbers, haha) because they called us up group by group, in a speedy process. Even inside, the cabin crew welcomed us aboard and showed us where our seats are. This leads me to my 5-star rating of the service. Very warm, friendly, and generally helpful cabin crew Qatar Airways has. They fulfilled all my needs even if they had to go out of their way. As for entertainment, I was very surprised at how many great movies they have! Especially the new ones! I would not be bored again with this selection. Food was okay to be honest. It was a hot meal that satisfied my hunger and tasted good, but maybe it's just me and airplane food. Doesn't taste right for me. And to be honest, I was cramped. Not even me but many other passengers felt like the seats were too small. Overall, Good experience!

Business class crew were overstretched and inattentive. Had to find my own seat and flag crew down for hot towel.
My flight was delayed almksr 3 hours...nothing more. It's very frustrating because the problem could have been avoided if they were more careful but oh well. I'm making this review very short compared to my others because I know that if I start on a rant, I won't stop. Trust me, I'll safe that for the phone call complaint I'll be making in a few hours...
Beautiful airplane with an incredibly hospitable staff. Food was delicious, seats were spacious and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better 14-hour flight!
