Plenty of leg room, courteous and efficient staff, good food. To be improved: boarding was very slow. Also, it should be possible to lift the arm rests in Premium Economy to lie down when no other passengers are seated in one’s row.
In boarding the supervisor was offering passengers vouchers because weight restrictions. I couldn't take the morning flight because of the time wasn't suitable for me. I asked the supervisor to put me on a later flight out of JFK so I could leave now and catch that flight. She showed reluctance to do so. Clearly not the service delta wants to provide in this environment with delays.
Delta does a great job. But im now looking for more direct flights in the future. My time is more valuable. I was in the airport/on a plane for 9 hours!
Wide-body airplane is always nice. 767 is roomy and has good inflight entertainment! Crew was super nice too!!
Timely boarding announcements, fairly roomy seating, and prompt snack delivery. Seats in the waiting area could have USB charging ports on both sides. Minor issue; I charged my phone on the flight.
Seats were surprisingly comfortable and sufficiently roomy. Flight attendants were helpful and courteous. Flight departed on time and arrived a little early. My wife and I both agreed this may have been the best flight we've ever had: a direct flight from Kansas City to Atlanta to visit my son and his family. Convenient, relatively inexpensive, and overall a great experience!

I felt so much safer than I did on a similar flight operated by American Airlines where essentially no precautions were taken."

They put my husband and I in an exit row and my daughter at the back of the plane with strangers. I was not comfortable with strangers being responsible for my child. I assumed they would seat children with at least one parent. We did ask to move at the gate and the accommodated us with the last row on the plane. No recline, no window, and right next to the bathrooms. We took it to be with our kid but this policy needs to be revised. Kids should always be seated with the adult responsible for them... who knows what kind of person might end up next to my child. Not to mention if she had needed something is the stranger gonna take care of it? It’s just a bad practice imo."

Pros: "The flight was nearly full, but I lucked out. One person in my row did not show up, so myself and the other lady in my row had the benefit of having an open seat in between us. The crew was cheerful and accommodating. They did the normal beverage service, but also brought complimentary water and coffee 3x during the rest of the flight. This was greatly appreciated, especially after 5 days of drinking and partying. My buddies and I spent two and a half days in Las Vegas for a bachelor party followed by two days in the LA area for a wedding (yes we did it Hangover style) :) Thank you Delta!"
Cons: "My only complaint was that the flight was delayed out of LAX by about 30 minutes due to the flight in-bound being delayed. However, the captain made up most of this time in the air so it ended up being a non-issue."

The turn time for a connecting flight from Europe to the US was only 40 minutes. We had to run through the airport, wait in passport control and the barely made the flight. Also, were were told at the counter that the maximum carryon weight was 9KG and were forced to check our two carryon. When we got to the gate, the size allowable was 11KG. Both checked pieces did not make the connection and are delayed two days. This all happened because of the 40 minute landing to takeoff time difference. When I asked the counter people about this being too tight, they said Lufthansa has a problem with this as it happens all the time.
Forced me to check my bag and the lost it. Uncomfortable seats No charging capability in under-seat outlet USB charge was incredibly slow Video entertainment was slow and unresponsive Drinks were tiny half-filled glasses, even coke.
They did not let me get on the plane because to enter Korea I had to have the K-eta which I did not have, I did and it arrived 45 minutes after the plane took off. Because you cannot check in through the web page nor do you notify me of the document. If they had let me get to Munich. I would have been able to complete my trip and not have missed the flight to South Korea

The actual flight was ok. But was a mess before departing AMS. My previous flight was late, so missed my connection in AMS. Then I spent over two hours getting things settled to get another flight. I was unable to complete my request online, and no one at KLM in AMS wanted to help. They kept giving me the run-around until I finally convinced them K was stuck without their personal help. It added a lot of stress (and about 5 more hours of transit time) to my overall journey.
When boarding started, it was like refugees rushing to a life boat. Everyone was rushing to the front. Only one KLM staff standing there saying "... now is this group, yours is next,,,, we will call it out...." While he stopped some travelers, he did allowed some others passed without even checking their ticket. They have all the digital gears, and the screens to show the current boarding sequences, why don't they just use that. For some of us that did not have a excellent hearing, it was hard not trying to get closer to understanding what is going on.

NEVER book through Kayak. First they booked us on a flight that didn’t exist and after they fixed the problem, we had to leave a day later then expected. Then because we were booked under SAS, but outsourced to a United flight for our first connection (because SAS doesn’t fly to Cincinnati), we were told our bag couldn’t be routed to our final destination so when we arrived in Newark, we’d have to get our bag from baggage claim, re-check it, and get our new tickets for the rest of our flight. Of course this caused us to miss the connecting flight to Copenhagen, and once rebooked, we lost another 2 days of our trip and added an additional country/ stop to the journey. And finally on our flight from Belgium to Venice, my baggage was lost, causing us to cancel the remaining few days of our trip (we were supposed to be hiking and all of our gear was lost in that bag). Since we booked under Kayak, we were punted around from Kayak to SAS to United customer service reps, everyone passing the blame off on the next company. Kayak claims no responsibility and the airlines refer you back to Kayak. Probably would have had as much satisfaction by setting a pile of $5,000 on fire. What a honeymoon.
Canceled flight. After two other airlines and loosing my luggage for almost two weeks, I arrived home 11 hours late.
Complete ineptitude of staff dealing with overhead luggage resulted in an HOUR delay!!!

That was a rude situation....I felt cheated and then insulted . 2) CPH - Nice : The breakfast or the included orange drink gave me an upset stomach and bad case of Hemorroides. 3) I accepted a glass of tomatoe juice and when I asked for a coke with my lunch , the stewardess said I had only right to one drink and would have to pay the rest....really ? - wine used to be free and now a glass costs $4...really ?? 4) I arrived at CPH airport for my transfer .. the flight was yet not on the screen but no one gave any instruction and no officials of any kind were around to enquire....a cleaning crew finally directed me correctly. 5) the security line in New York to board was ridiculously long...someone shouted to take off our smelly shoes...really ?? 6) most were directed to the right with four snaking unending lines to one security check . From time to time others were directly directed ed to the left where there was no line and option of two security checks. Half way through my wait , most were directed to the left and all who were 'late', were let out first to their gate. The whole experience before, on the plane and after was not worth the money...least of all a pleasant one."

Crew were really excellent , flight was on time and comfortable.
Despite hours of attempts unable to do on-line booking, waited over 3 hours at Munich airport to get boarding pass, staff had to manually create the passenger list which took FOREVER. Plane left 2 hours late no accommodations, refreshments or assistance offered to the passengers in Munich. Arrived at the airport more than 3 hours in advance as advised. Instead of having a leisurely wait at the gate had to rush to make the flight. Unsure if I would make my connecting flight and no one had any information. Never again.
Seats are too cramped. Otherwise, a superior overall experience, especially by the crew. The A321neo airbus delivers an excellent ride.

From using an app that denied my negative covid test THREE times because they misread it and tried to mislead me about it ("Maybe the date isn't specified?" when it very much was and I'd drawn attention to its correct location); to the fact that my connecting flight wasn't even available in this app was supposed to determined whether I could fly to my final destination; ti the fact that a supposedly vital piece of documentation wasn't even mentioned in that app; to the unnecessary delaying of a connecting flight by several hours that was suddenly on time again upon landing minutes only late, which somehow required all passengers with ANY connecting flight to run to their gate regardless of destination; to the fact that the boarding passes didn't include my initial return flight and only the connecting, which was cause to be denied entry to the airport, to the apparenly unknown and much disputed location of the check-in where I would have to report to get said boarding pass; to the ONE HOUR WAIT behind maybe 20 people total in spite of having no bags to check because again, I had no boarding pass; to the app incorrectly stating that no additional covid test was needed only to find out after having been at the airport THREE HOURS; to the fact that my itinerary"couldn't" be changed because it was "in flight" while the "fare difference" I would be charged went up $100 every hour I was forced to wait because there were magically no notes regardingmy flight every time I called back as directed; this was a miserable experience all around. Never recommending aer lingus to anyone ever and certainly won't fly it again. Guess I won't ever find my long lost relatives...

Cons: "My issue has more to do with after the flight, than the actual flight. My luggage was lost somehow between Heathrow and Shannon. The lack of communication I received from Aer Lingus, and the length of time it took for me to get the luggage was a bit ridiculous. I was never told what happened to the luggage and I was given the timeline to receive my luggage within 24 hours. Well it took over 48 hours to get the luggage. I was given specific timeframes to call the Shannon Airport Aer Lingus luggage desk, which I followed. Had to leave a message every time, and not once was it returned. The only communication I did get was calling the Shannon Airport directly and working with their employees. I could tell they were frustrated with me, which is completely understandable, because they weren't the appropriate people to communicate with. I was just very disappointed in the customer service."

Cons: "Web check in was severely broken or misprogrammed during my two weeks of travel. This would not have mattered if they had simply assigned seats at the time of purchase. I bought tickets 8 months in advance for a family of 4. On our overnight flight we were shoved in to nonreclining seats in front of the noisiest bulkhead service area I have ever encountered. None of the 5 phone reps or onsight staff were able to help and were nasty into the bargain. One of them lied to me about the seat position on the phone. The staff made no attempt to keep things quiet on the flight and in fact made most of the noise themselves. The armrests can't be folded up because they crammed too many seats across. And the bathrooms right on either end of our row wafted noxious odors over us every time they were opened. This resulted in losing two days of my expensive vacation trying to recover from lack of sleep. This is in return for giving Aer Lingus the use of $4200 for 8 months. I would never use this airline again."
