From pre-boarding, to boarding, to the food, and the attentiveness, everything was top notch! The cleanliness of the plane was only topped by the friendliness of the crew.
The flight was marked at almost 11hrs but ended up being only 9...not a negative other than it meant not spending as much time on board!
Flight crew was pleasant and attentive. Seats were comfortable for economy as well. We were allowed to check in extra baggage for free at check in which really helped since we would be catching a connecting flight in Amsterdam
Two hours delay in the start.
Equally friendly crew and experience. It was complimented by the time we got to spend in the fantastic KLM lounge while we waited for the flight.

Brand New plane. Great German entertainment. Crew were very efficient but didn't show up with drinks as often as in the past but still more often than other airlines. Overall a wonderful experience.
Took two hours to start dinner service without a reason. Turbulences and a passenger with long legs were impeading my sleep but not Lufthansa's fault.
They don’t have order while boarding No space for the carry on- they didn’t ask to check them for free.
I bought 2 tikets from Chicago to oscow and back for me and for my son. I live in USA, son lived in Russia but he received immigration visa and I had plan fly to USA with him. From Chicago I used my ticket and say SWISS staff what my son will have trip only from Moscow. I paid for 2 tickets around $1700. Today when we should have trip back to USA, SWISS company said what ticket for my son do not exsist. And I spent for new ticket 220000 rubles about $3600. Nobody in SWISS company do not said me what my tocket for son canceled. I am shoked !!!
I’ve flown SWISS Air twice in the past 6 years and I’ve never had an issue, always a great experience!

Updates by the captain about the situation were too few, too infrequent.
The hospitality & staff were impeccable.
Crew didn't reach middle of plane with Food & Beverage. Lots of fussy/serving of premium passengers but economy not really looked after. Was bashed into 3 times by same member of crew walking up aisle and not once apologised.
At security London Heathrow, it took 30 minutes for them to check 1 bag of ours! Almost didn't make the flight.
Connecting flight experience - Had to wait in a line for around 5 hours just to speak with a customer service representative at the London airport because my previous flight was delayed and I had missed my connecting flight.
