Cons: The check in area felt cramped, understaffed and like a 4th rate airline

Cons: Over a month ago I requested a seat with extra leg room due to a documented medical condition. My request was not granted and I was in pain most of the flight.

Cons: The infotainment system was from the 90s

Pros: The staff at WestJet was very accommodating to me.

Cons: Better snack choices

Cons: Seat didn’t recline all. I felt like a sardine. Seat cushion the most uncomfortable that I have ever experienced.

Pros: Ran on time. Bags came out in a timely manner.

Pros: Crew worked hard under difficult circumstances but flight was not well equipped

Cons: First we boarded and then had to deviate and move to a different delayed flight. No head sets, tv did not work , seat was very uncomfortable.

Cons: United, along with American, is a horrible carrier, and the next time it files for bankruptcy, needed to be allowed to remain our of business. The employees don't care about service at all, it's no longer part of their culture.

Pros: The flight was great. No complains to the crew.

Cons: The drop-off bags at LAX is a mess and you have to stand in two separate lines to drop off your bag. First you have to print the tag and then go to another long line be with 2 employees only to drop it of instead of having one place to print and drop off at the same time. Poor system. Moreover while there was plenty of time my bag did not make it on the same flight. It will arrive on the next flight hopefully. I had to wait in another line for 30 minutes to arrange the delivery and verify all my information. I truly believe that to make a trip great both arms - the airport and the flight experience should be perfect. Unfortunately the ground experience does not allow me to give a higher rating.

Pros: Very comfortable B777-300 got me to catch some much-needed sleep on my flight, even with a lot of people on-board!

Pros: The crew was nice. They did a very good job under the circumstance.

Cons: The flight was delayed over an hour because of an error on Delta‘s part. They did not verify people as they were boarding. Further the person in 17 F was doing video chat as we were preparing to take off and he had very foul language throughout the flight. The crew never said anything.

Pros: Boarded on time in challenging weather in Chicago. Got to Orlando on a day we could well have had problems getting a plane with the weather.

Pros: Crew was great. Delayed by mechanical issue. Weather was bad in Montreal so delayed again. Mechanical issue is a pain but I'd rather not crash so all in all very good. Really windy at landing, pilots did a great job. Respect!

Cons: Just a heads up, if you're a large person, weight wise, you may have a challenge using the rest room. It's pretty small.

Cons: Getting from one flight to the other was a major hassle. How many times do they have to check your boarding pass?

Pros: I liked the free in ight movies which makes a 5 hr plane ride a a lot more enjoyable. Having 2 rounds of free beverages was also what I liked. The seats are comfortable, plenty of leg room, love that there are plug/ports to charge you electronic devices.

Cons: What could have been better especially on a 5hr flight to Honolulu would be free wifi, free meals, if not free meals then 2 rounds of snacks, and I know it's out of the airlines control, but families with their screaming babies who's parents leave the tray down to keep their toddler entertained so she could kick it up and down through out the flight. I feel the airlines should place families with babies and toddlers together on a portion of the plane.

Cons: The flight was delayed for some reason (they kept changing) and I am really fed up with United allowing people to bring two pieces of cabin luggage onto small aircraft.

Cons: There was no entertainment. With a flight over three hours I would have thought there would be seatback mini-screens at least with a few movies to choose from. Also there was only one cart serving drinks which took forever because we had a seat towards the back and because it took so long we only had the one drink. It was so full of ice that really there was hardly any fluid and the ice pieces were too large to even chew them up. I felt very dehydrated during the flight. Since we can't bring our own water I feel like more should be provided.

Cons: My son was flying on United from Colorado Springs to Denver, then on to Seattle for Thanksgiving. He rushed through as quickly as he could, but the door to the place was closing and it left 10 minutes early. United recorded him as a 'No Show', and there policy now is to cancel the entire ticket is you miss any segment of a round trip ticket. Thus, his entire $900 was forfeited, he couldn't even pay a change fee to catch a later flight. I hate American, and now I hate United just as much. These airlines shills have been allowed to go out of business when they last filled for bankruptcy. We fly in quite a few international airlines, and outside of Alaska, Jet Blue and Delta, maybe Southwest, US carriers are absolutely bottom of the barrel and it's clear that their employees don't care whatsoever. Will never book again in United or American. I'll try Amtrak before either of those carriers.
