Cons: "We kept on being told that there was going to be turbulence and that it would be too rocky to serve food/drinks - but there was limited turbulence and the flight was very smooth. There was also a delay in leaving as there was an extra bag in hold but they 'couldn't find it'."

Pros: "I liked that this plane was not full and they work to make sure you don’t have to sit next to someone in that case. I travelled with my small 7lb Pomeranian and he easily fit down below under my seat with plenty of room. The flight is less than an hour so you can’t expect much more than that. Crew were fantastic and nice during our brief interactions."

Pros: "I paid for an Economy Plus seat and was three rows back from the galley and you would have thought the rows around me were prisoners. We were completely ignored by the flight crew. I had to actually go up and ask my own coffee and water. I saw one flight attendant yell at the person seating next to me, because she got up to go to the bathroom, after the "fasten seat belt" sign was off but the flight attendant was not aware of it. Basically everyone was rude."

Pros: "I was in first class and talked some w/ the pilot during our massive and enjoyed that. But not the almost 3 hr wait. The lunch, a choice of brisket or spinach ravioli - I took the pasta - was quite good. Amazing for an airline now known for service. The wine was also pretty good."
Cons: "The wait, the wait and the wait. Economy passengers - my friend Tanya was in econ - got not much during the wait. At least she had the whole row 38 D-E to herself. I sent her the cheese plate from my meal. Even though the crew kept us informed, it was too little and too late. When I asked the Captain when the missing part blew off he had no answer. The leg of flight from Denver to Des Moines was very uncomfortable, seats much to tigh, no leg room. Gate staff in Denver were exceptional. United needs to revisit their time for loading. We preloaded, I had a broken leg, I was traveling with a special needs woman. We just reached our seats when other passengers were prodding us to sit so they could board no time to settle. Not impressed"

Cons: "Crowded seats. Too many people bringing huge bags on board even when crew kept asking them to check them. Customs was very long in DC. It would have been nice to been made aware of dowloading customs app before deplaning. It would have saved a huge amount of time."

The worst is arriving at LAX at 8;39AM which is earlier than anticipated and not getting a gate opened until 9:25AM (approx) sitting on the runway not being told what is going on and when the captain does make an announcement it is to tell us he apologizes for the delay but then proceeds to announce that he and the crew have to go back and to PSP and LAX four more times. I found that inappropriate to tell us about his work schedule when Im trying to get to the gate for my connecting flight"

Cons: "Delayed leaving PSP. Delayed landing at SFO. THREE AND A HALF HOUR delay leaving SFO!!! FINALLY landed in RDD at 7:30 PM!!! Rental car counter CLOSED AT 5:30! STRANDED AT AIRPORT TIL AFTER 9 PM, when hotel shuttle could come get me! Missed seeing my mother, who is in a Skilled Nursing Facility here -- THE ENTIRE REASON FOR MY TRIP! And now I can't see her this morning either, because I have to take the hotel shuttle BACK TO THE AIRPORT to pick up the rental car that I PAID IN ADVANCE TO RESERVE BEGINNING YESTERDAY!!!"
