TV in seat, new plane. I liked nothing else about this crappy airline.
Delayed because they couldn't fit the luggage on the plane, had to pay extra for my family to sit together, worst service ever on board, the slowest old ladies pushing the cart, 90 minutes late in perfect weather, took forever to get the baggage.
Fatigue from job
Stewardess seems very annoyed with flight. There was turbulence so the passengers needed to stay seated - a gentleman next to me asked for a glass of water since there was no refreshment service - the stewardess was very short with him. It’s not the passengers fault. I was surprised - usually the staff is a lot more professional than that.
Generous leg room in coach class
Sat on the runway for almost an hour both to and from my destination
Take off and landing smooth and relatively smooth in between.
6 hour flight no food included. Came by twice for beverages. No entertainment. Probably the first time in 10 years I've been on a flight without any screens for entertainment. Goes without saying, no USB plug in.
