Cons: "Transiting at Manchester between our Frankfurt to SFO flights was dreadful. They made us go through security and the inspectors were so incompetent they caused a huge back-up. Took an hour to get through. Avoid Manchester. Then they lost my luggage...still missing after a week."

Cons: "With a short layover and a bit of a delay coming from Seattle, I rushed through immigration and security and ran to my next gate. Even though I arrived at the gate two minutes before the scheduled departure time, the plane had already left the gate. VERY disappointing and will probably be the last time I fly Lufthansa, especially through Frankfurt."

Cons: "I din't like the fact that Lufhtansa company uses double standards for the countries where they have their flights. From USA, San Jose, Ca, to Frankfurt, Germany everything was good (flight on 08/31/2018 - 09/01/2018). They have been very profesional, beganing wih the boarding time untill the arrival in Frankfurt. The flight to Romania was a different story. They haven't been very professional at all. The flight had a delay and nobody said a word. It was just a clerck there who didn't tell to the Lufthansa passengers for a while anything about our delay. So, finally, he said after 15-20 minutes that our fligt will be later, 20 minutes, than the scheduled time on our tickets. They seemed do not care too much about the Romanian passengers."

Cons: "4/4 flights with involuntary stop-overs were delayed, causing 4 panics and 2 missed flights. Given their proclivity for busing passengers to distant planes in Herman efforts, a 50-minute allowance for changing planes, when added to the frequent Kate departures, is just not sufficient. They should acknowledge it and sell only flights that allow for 80-90 minutes in the airports that are so woefully managed (eg, Frankfurt and Munich). It’s back to BA for me!"

Cons: "We had to walk from gate z all the way to gate B carrying all the bags which was painful, the plane was very tight and old that I had to put all my carry on bags in the floor. I personally had to help the crew members to pick up the food trays because they were very limited and no entertainment at all which was really boring."

Cons: "The seats in Economy were the most uncomfortable I have ever sat in for such a long time nine and a half hours. All six of us found them to be uncomfortable. No seat bottom cushioning. I had a back pain. Boarding started with the First Class and Business Class first. It took an additional 20 minutes for Economy class to start boarding. The line was very, very long and interfered with other travelers in the airport terminal. "boarding area to Frankfurt was cramped" When we arrived in Denver, only five Custom Agents were on duty to process our arrival passports, although there are 14 control stations at Denver. It appeared as though the Custom Agents were not aware of the arrival of the Lufthansa 747 nor the one that followed. All other Custom in Europe were much more efficient and move people through quickly. What a bad first impress made by the USA Customs people."

Cons: "There was no entertainment system, but it was a short flight! There was also a confusing bus to the plane. It was poorly marked and there was a point where the doors where closed and the bus was out front, we were all pounding to get through the door, then the bus drove off, we thought the my left us. 5 minutes later another bus came. We were fine, but the group of 8 did panick and had an unnecessarily stressful experience. Simple communication could fix it!"

Cons: "4 hrs delayed. Terrible. My niece is from germany and this is her first time ro the US. She is travelling by herseelf and no one is there to assist her. She speaks english sporadically. Air canada is a terivle airline. Always delay."

Cons: "It would have been nice to know if each meal contained cheese, as oposed to just general "chicken and rice" and "noodles with marinara and cheese" It turned ut the rice was in a cheese sauce, and i could not eat it, and could also not eat the alternate option. Please think about giving out a detailed list of ingredients for the in flight meals so we can make more informed choices when we have food restrictions!"
