Pros: Smooth overall. Food mediocre but edible. (More than I could say for other airlnes.) Price also good.
Cons: Lots of flight schedules changes. Missed connecting flight as a result. No time left to deal with customs and baggage.
Pros: Fabulous flight, light on passengers, so excellent service given by the crew. Virgin goes the extra mile on service and little perks. 747-400 planes also very comfortable, compared to the Airbus 320,
Cons: Nothing. Trip both ways were outstanding.
Pros: - Presence of entire box sets of some TV shows was a nice touch that I made good use of.
Cons: - EVERY damn movie is prefaced by 4 minutes of ads. - The touchscreens (at least in economy) are slow resistive screens that are horrible for fine control gestures (like slightly changing the volume or position)
Pros: Crew was very nice. Food was very good and plentiful. Entertainment was good. Overall the very long flight was better than expected.
Cons: It took forever to board in Sydney with all passengers standing and waiting for 45 minutes and never being told what was going on. I resented having my passport and ticket demanded at least 4 times. A bit overkill and a power trip by security. Absolutely despise airport security...there is no uniformity.
Pros: Comfort, service food and entertainment. What more can you ask for.

Pros: After all the waiting we got to watch content for free (which is accountable for only 6 dollars)
Cons: After waiting for more than 1hr they started to give some information about the issues, they moved us to another plane that already was planned to be at SF at 10:40 (original flight was for 9pm), it got late again and we got to SFO by 12:20 am. More than 4 hours late. Even after that it took me a while to get a shuttle I even got to insist and explain again to get a Shuttle back home.
Pros: Crew members was nice,
Cons: Seat was okay and plane was a bit delay.
Pros: Everyone was nice, boarding was smooth, and we even landed early. Great flight.
Cons: Nothing was bad about the trip really. Crew did a fine job.
Cons: There was no WiFi on this flight, and I count on being able to communicate, read through and respond to emails. For me, it's the beginning of my work week when I fly into the EU.
