Cons: "Don't come in with high expectations"
Pros: "dream liner is smooth...and no fat flight attendants"
Pros: "no fat flight attendants"
Pros: "I dont understand how an airline can take people on a flight for so long amd not have anything cold to drink. there was no ice for drinks and the juice was left out. all they had to drink was warm jucie and warm flat soda. Ive never been on a flight that ling that didnt offer cocktails either which I thought was total bullshit. the food was horrible but thats common. the flightwasnt the only thing wrong either. the china southern airport was 45*F inside the terminal for my 7hr layover and I froze the entire time. I will never fly with china southern again"

Pros: "Crew, food, and entertainment all good."
Cons: "The A-380 is a monster of a plane, but there isn't much in the way of leg room in economy class compared to the 738. Also, the no cell phone rule is a bit annoying if you have things on your phone that you need to access during a 15-hour flight."
Pros: "All of the flight crew spoke enough English to be helpful and kind. All seats come with pillow and blanket. Good and plenty food for an internal flight."
Pros: "The plane was nicer than china eastern flight."
Cons: "After booking mine & my husband's honeymoon flights from SF to Phuket, the flights were changed drastically. On the way over we were delayed a WHOLE DAY, therefore missing a FULL DAY at our beautiful resort in Thailand that we booked and was non-refundable for the night we lost. It also was not clear that we would be having to stop in Wuhan before flying to Guangzhou. Even when we were flying it still was not clear, everyone was confused as to why were in Wuhan. Then we were late and almost missed our connecting flight from Guangzho to Phuket causing us to literally have to run across the whole airport. Then on the way home, our flight from Guangzhou to SF was delayed causing us to have a 15 hr layover in Guangzhou. They put us in a hotel that looked nice on the outside and in the lobby, but the room felt dirty and the beds were like rocks. They also didn't give us any meal vouchers or allowance. This is the last time we flew China Southern Airlines."
Pros: "The crew was professional, friendly and courteous. Food and beverages were served regularly. The in flight entertainment was generous."
Cons: "Our seats were in the back of the plane and didn't recline on a fourteen hour flight. When we asked to be moved, we were told there were no other seats available, which was probably true. Our stewardess seemed to be understanding and offered us an extra pillow. However, we were not offered any other compensation for those seats that were purchased at the same rate as others in coach."
Pros: "Not much"
Cons: "Seats are so small. Since my husband and I both are bigger than ordinary Chinese. We choose one window and one aisle seat. The guy sit in the middle separate with his wife since they didn't pre-select their seats so he ask both rows customer to change the seats with them. Of course no more wants to. I can understand he is upset but that's his fault. So he's trying every possible yo upset the person sat next to him. He even put his leg under my seat. I had to kick him back. Struggling for twelve hours. Terrible! One of the flight attendant is so rude. The guy sat in front of me didn't pull his shade and she wouldn't dare to wake him up since he is a white guy. So she woke me up to tell me to reach to his window(yes, reach since the window wasn't in between our seats). I am not a Chinese but Asian. You can tell the difference between they treat White and color. Very unpleasant flight. We choose them since we need to go to Bangkok after visit Shanghai. And their flight schedule fits better than others. However the over all food and service is below expectations."
Pros: "I was able to sit in the Business Economy section and loved having the extra legroom since I am tall. The flight attendants were amazing!"
Cons: "I was disappointed that my seat didn't recline. Though the seat was very comfortable overall in plushness - not being able to recline just a little was tough on the neck.... No soap in half of the bathrooms. Thank goodness I brought antibacterial spray."
Pros: "Cabin staff efficient and polite and friendly. Good command of English language so that announcements easy to understand. Kept the cabin and toilets clean."
Cons: "Could not find anything to dislike."
Pros: "Nothing much"
Cons: "No info update on their website No customer service at all Delay Nobody responsible"
