The Epitome of poor customer service for a terrible policy. she almost seemed to gloat over the fact that she could not or would not help me join my family for a dinner in Seattle."

Felt sorry for so many of the passengers whose travel plans were greatly changed by Alaska's mechanical problems."

Pros: "Jet Blue was very accomodating to both myself and my service dog. They upgraded our seats to accomodate for standard poodle size, offered tsa precheck to help out while in the airport. Staff was (as usual) polite, professional and pleasant."
Cons: "We were originally scheduled for a 9 pm flight but it was changed 2 weeks in advance to 10 pm. This made our night flight less desirable but we could not change the fight without penalty. The plane was actually delayed an additional 1/2 hour making our night quite miserable. These changes and delays are more than just an agravation for someone travelling with a service dog"

The crew did not seem overly helpful."

The leaving JFK at almost midnight and then the time difference is horrible. 2)This flight had a child that got sick and we were delayed about 40-45 mins. Totally worth it but it made for an even harder time getting in at almost 630am PR time. 3) The turbulence was horrible. We were warned but so many customers were getting sick. Its was unpleasant to say the least."

It was a real hardship because i was traveling with my 6 yr old son and landing at 10 pm an hour from home didn't help. I was refunded for the Jetblue flight but it still makes nop sense to me how you can cancel my reservation several days after I booked it. I am very disappointed. ."

A very special treat that we got two snacks each which were very much appreciated as it was an early morning flight and we didn't get a chance to get breakfasts."

Cons: "Traveling is always a challenge - abundance of patience required! We traveled from Dallas, Atlanta, Amsterdam, to Rome & back. Every country had a little different process for boarding and getting around - most had friendly staff, on point, helping clueless, stressed, & frustrated travelers. I was really disappointed in Atlanta, not a very welcoming or helpful spirit for visitors to US - not all (80% were awesome), mainly those trying to greet and direct through customs. Most hate the arrogant America anyway, don’t make it worse - put your best people on the front lines to help with international relations & show why the US is the best. Put those that don’t want to be here loading bags out back! Sorry for the lecture, but this is any business!"

Have never driven there before and highways were difficult at times. $503 to get on another flight home. Ended up getting better deal at Southwest. Will most likely stick with them next time I am forced to fly."

I never again i would took Delta because I call a day before my departure to see if they would help me changing my flight by morning and they couldn’t they told me that i have to pay $300 dollars."

There's no Delta lounge, so you're stuck trying to find something to eat and somewhere to sit well before our flight. The exit row seating does help, but the seats didn't recline making it a bit more uncomfortable."

Now I am in my seat with both my carry on and personal item stowed below. So was I comfortable ? No. Was I upset and annoyed, on top of being tired? Yes. They need a better system."

The crew gave no explanation for the switch in aircraft, and no apology either."

Pros: "My Delta flight from Salt Lake to Orlando was the dreaded redeye. Flight was packed, no empty seats. I had a middle row seat. But the plane was new and the seats were comfortable. The flight arrived early.I slept or tried to sleep the entire flight. No complaints."

Cons: "I purchased a round trip ticket from Costa Rica to Panama in order to comply with laws stating non-resident aliens must leave Costa Rica every 90 days for a period of at least three days. When it came time to return to Costa Rica, I understood that I had not purchased ANOTHER ticket to "prove" my intent to leave Costa Rica again three months in the future. I told the ticket agent I wishes to purchase a "fully refundable" ticket for a future flight, but she was (or professed to be) unable to assure me the ticket she was selling me was refundable. Upon return to Costa Rica, as before, immigration did not ask to see any such proof nor did they even ask my intentions. Isn't this called fraud? I did not need the ticket and, of course, in contacting Copa Airlines, I would have to return to Panama in order to even get a partial refund, which they won't guarantee. Not doing this again."

Cons: "Temperature in AA cabins are 10 degrees or more colder than your competitors. Uncomfortably cold in AA flights. Recently I have flow, with spirit, Southwest, United, and Delta. In all those cases the cabin temperature was warmer than AA. I have to say as an exec plat, I wish AA would fix this issue. It is something that ER waiting rooms have adjusted and it has statistically shown to improve satisfaction scores."

Waited in line to be told I wouldn't get on a flight til the following day, they couldn't help with accommodation and I wouldn't receive my luggage until the following day. In short, AA left me stranded in a strange city at midnight with no accommodation and no luggage. It was 18 degrees and I was in t-shirt and shorts. What a memory."
