We arrived ahead if expected time
I don't know why we landed so far from the immigration terminal. We had ti be transported on a buscthat didn't have enough seats for everyone and had to wait ling time for the crew.

No WiFi, no outlets, no entertainment for international flights seems very outdated.
The seat was too small. I am 5' 5" and 135 lb and it felt totally small and uncomfortable. I had trouble sitting all the time, the seat also doesn't recline enough. This was a totally awful trip due to the seat.

Flight 1039 dec 16 was delayed due to late inbound arrival to Aruba. United gave the reason "delayed Maintenance" which United denied as mechanical failure. We missed connected flight to Albany. United gave us only option: morning flight to Washington and then To Albany which is inacceptable option. We took rental car. Also: Workers at Newark do not coordinate. Super Slow and give disinformation.
UA supervisor literally said, “It’s not our fault so now hotel assistance and you have to leave airport. When I asked what we should do since all the hotels were booked he said, “You can go anywhere you want to go but you can’t stay here.” Callous, uncaring, worst experience since I was in Desert Storm!
The staff put on a smiley face despite the delays and upset passengers.
Delays from an earlier flight getting in and then maintenance delays. It was an overcrowded, uncomfortable flight. We didn't even get an apology from it being over 40 minutes late. Then you want us to buy tv? I'm thinking of flying Jet Blue next time!
I was put up in a hotel
I never received my luggage. I waited hours and Swissport never filed a report. I did see the Brussels flight I should have gone on did depart late. But as I was waiting for luggage and they gave me a hotel room I hadn’t checked the screen. I was most concerned of the person travelling to pick me up in Bordeaux as it is a journey for them as well
Horrible communicatuon between the crew and passengers. Poor entertainment and comfort. The delay in Chicago was poorly updated and once the plane landed the flight taxied for upwards of a half hour.
Every flight should offer a free snack and drink

They charged me 4 times for bags instead of one. Disputing everything including the air fare.

Boarding was seamless.
Aircraft was just old. My seat would not hold on the stretched position and screens were badly to non-responsive.
