Cons: Worst transatlantic flight I've ever taken. 3 hour delay boarding (I understand this happens sometimes). Then, so unbelievably cramped, hot, and uncomfortable. The flight attendants had to know that the plane was not very comfortable but they did very little to make it passable. Entertainment very poor. Hard to see tv, earbuds barely worked. Will pay more if necessary to choose a different airline/plane next trip.
Pros: Good entertainment options, a lot of good movies to choose. Flight was on time, we arrived before the scheduled time.
Cons: The crew seems to have some troubles between them and it was reflected in the service they offered to the passengers. Some of them were rude.
Pros: What I liked was smooth flight. And the fleece blanket.
Cons: Crew was not even visible in all that time. No water offered, no concern for passenger comfort. Food was skimpy and packaged, no clues what we were eating. Seats were tiniest and least comfortable ever! Difficult to get up from and get out from window seat.

Cons: The crew at the gate needs a serious lesson on customer service. They are the rudest people ever and can’t speak an ounce of English. They give a bad impression towards Spain in general and the courtesy provided within. There was no entertainment onboard and no food/drink served.

Cons: LEG ROOM! This was less than normal space! The seats were so close to each other I couldn’t even straighten up my knees! This is a long haul flight, it is not humane to keep people folded in 3 for 12h!

Her personality and hospitality made my flight relaxing, made me feel loved and appreciated, and the flight felt like I was already home

Cons: On my ticket I selected the lacto-ovo vegetarian meal and I never received it. I told the flight attendant and he said “we don’t have any more, chicken or fish”. I said “I am a vegetarian” and he gave me a tiny salad, a bread roll, and a chocolate mousse. I was very hungry as I hadn’t eaten in 9 hrs

Pros: I have flown to hk with Cathay and American exclusively. I wanted to try Finnair because the price was very good for business. I now know why. The food is mediocre. The staff aren’t friendly or attentive. At $2700 it’s cheap compared to CX and AA but I know why now.
