Pros: "My plane was downgraded to a smaller and the weight restricted. I was unable to get on my flight at the designated time so now currently sitting in another plane 2 hours later and still haven’t left for my destination GRK. This is the worst I’ve been treated since flying with American Airlines."

Pros: "The tv and drinks"
Cons: "Being told why we’re delayed and then not being kept on board for so long once we arrived late"
Pros: "Overall a very good flight"
Cons: "Overall terrible experience, flight attendant was extremely rude when i asked if they were offering sparkiling wine. Flight was delayed due to overbooking on american. Turbulence was horrible the entire flight. The in flight entertainment was unavailable for some reason."
Cons: "They lost my luggage and barely made it to connection flight with nobody to help find gate"
Pros: "Potential the entertainment which was hard to enjoy due to the constant interruptions of automated announcements relative to frequent flyer incentives, available programs, etc. The entire experience felt like being hostage to advertising."
Cons: "Constant adds with the entertainment, multiple long interruptions that paused the entertainment relative to buckling your seatbelt. The entire experience felt dehumanizing in an already cramped, uncomfortable experience. Never flying american again and i'm going to cash out my points asap."
Pros: "Connections were good. Travel overnight ideal. Food good."
Cons: "A wheelchair was requested in Philadelphia, but it was not there. The crew called 8 times, but no one came. I finally grabbed an abandoned wheelchair and pushed my mom through 2 terminals to catch our plane that was already boarding. ☹️"
Pros: "Flight from Narita to Kaoshiung was great, as usual, with JAL"
Cons: "Slept overnight in LA terminal, Bag sent to San Diego. Flight on American Airlines to Narita was cramped. Short stay in Narita, on to Kaoshiung via JAL, got to Kaoshiung and bag was/is still in San Diego. Hopefully, I'll never have to fly American Airlines again."
Pros: "I am surprised how much AA has changed. I love it! Much better customer service"
Cons: "I hate delays, it happened again"
Pros: "Short flight"
Cons: "Poor ratings for food Is result of not eating any food. No entertainment."
Pros: "Let's see - I was in first class. The flight itself was fine - and only one hour + late!"
Cons: "Food - Served the "breakfast" (when it was called a protein plate) I had coming (into MSP). for "lunch" on the way back (called it a meat plate for lunch. One slice turkey, one slice jamon, one egg, cinnamon roll and fruit. Just because they don't want to serve bread - they call it a protein plate? I'm not on a protein diet. Food was pretty sick for the amount I paid for the fight. Stewardess said it was against Republic's rules to give a customer a can of tonic water (so I could add to the small amount of vodka) - she also told me that it was against Delta's, American's and United's rules to give a can - strange? First Class seat did not recline. First Class was freezing per every flight on this segment (the stewardesses sit in the back and don't want to be uncomfortable - if they make the front warm - the back is too hot for them (not joking on this one). So many things to list - that I will finish on the AA site."
Pros: "I got upgraded to 1st class on my 2nd leg, so of course that was nice. No wifi, though."
Cons: "1) The handlers weren't at the gate to bring the gate to the plane so we could disembark. 2) After that, the door into the PHL airport itself was locked, and we had to wait almost 5 minutes for someone to come and unlock it. 3) One would think those delays would have given our baggage plenty of time to be unloaded, but no... First all the baggage from another flight emptied onto the baggage carousel, and then maybe 15 minutes or so later our bags began to dribble out. Our plane got to the gate a little past 9pm, I barely made it out of the airport by 10pm. It just shouldn't take that long."
Pros: "The in flight experience and entrrntainment was great."
Cons: "The preboarding process by American Airlines was really bad. My passport was looked at 6 times before I boarded. This is after going though passport control by Spain officials at the airport. AA has people waving you down the aisle looking at your passport and sending you to then Verify my boarding pass and that I had documents ok to travel, they told me I did and still sent me over to a security person who asked more questions than the immigration officials in the US, he then sent me to the counter to get my passport scanned ( not sure what that meant), after waiting 10 minutes of waiting the counter clerk asked me what I needed and I told her I was sent there, it was evident there was no reason for me to be there and she printed my boarding pass, which I didn’t need since I had a mobile pass. Then when boarding the aee two people asking a bunch of questions about people having control of their items and looking at your documents which the person who scans to board does again...really very inefficient and slow, it sure it is really helping with safety. Could be done smoother, faster and a lot less people."
Pros: "Flight to Philadelphia wasgood"
Pros: "Decent legroom, good movies"
Cons: "Food was terrible quality and actually made my mom vomit. Crew was pushy and rude."
Pros: "The crew was nice"
Cons: "More than 3 hour delay, entertainment system audio did not function and the flight path was set to Palm Beach instead of Orange County."
Pros: "On tume"
Cons: "American and all other airlines need to improve leg room in coach."
Cons: "My flight from SFO to Miami was delayed so I missed my connection to Rio and now I’m NYC on my birthday instead of my final destination. The flight status was changed 7 times. And AA said they would get my bag off but they did not and now I have to wait at JFK and hope it got rerouted here. And if it didn’t to hope it can on another flight before I hopefully actually get on a flight for Rio. Nobody has comped me for losing a day in Rio and for my hotel room. And this has been the worst flight exeperience or my life which unfortunately landed on my birthday. One I’ll remember in a sad and bad way. American Airlines refused to compensate me because I got my tickets via Kayak and I haven’t been able to find a number to complain to a Kayak agent whom I sure would say I had to contact American Airlines and nobody would help or take responsilvitu for this disaster."
Pros: "Flight attendants very friendly. The gate attendant found us two seats together even though they couldn't do it initially in NYC."
Cons: "Sitting in the last row."
Pros: "On time. Efficient boarding."
Cons: "Stingy with the cookies. Somewhat uncomfortable seating. But what can anyone expect anymore?"
Cons: "For an obviously new aircraft the space between rows was horrendous. I am 5ft4in tall and when I sat down my knees touched the seat in front of me. When the passenger in front of me tilted his seat back I couldn’t even cross my legs! I like Qantas but I have learned to abhor American Airlines (which operated this flight), next time I will probably use Air New Zealand purely because of the seat situation."
Pros: "Nothing !"
Cons: "Service was horrible. No leg room. Flight attendants were gossiping loudly behind me. Flight was late to leave and we were stuck at the gate once we landed."
Cons: "I was forced to check my carry on luggage. There was no problems on the way up to DC, just on the way back."
Pros: "Nice meals, attentive staff"
Pros: "easy on and easy off. ontime."
Cons: "would like more comfort in the seats and a pretty young lady sitting next to me."
Pros: "I had like they way that It was a 777 aircraft that I flew in the crew was extraordinary."
Cons: "1. Weather was bad and airlines knew it without sending out caution email or text messages early to passengers like Delta so that passengers can prepare for coming situation, either re routing flight or mental prepare for flight delay 2. Poor coordination - called to change flight and got confirmation via phone only found out in ticket counter that was not valid. 3. Luggage counter was bad, giving wrong picking luggage location caused two hour waiting in airport for nothing."
Pros: "Flight boarded on time and landed 30 minutes early. Best part is the gate was open in Chicago so we truly arrived early. Flight crew was great too. Very helpful and courteous."
Pros: "Seats were better padded than that of the previous flight. There was sufficient leg room for a short flight. Seats actually allowed for passengers to adjust back of seats."
Cons: "Space is very limited between neighborning seats."
Cons: "Crew was rude."
Pros: "Sears had more room than as medal, service and hospitality much improved over as. Dinner and breakfast were scrumptious and drink choices were abundant."
Cons: "I traveled with this carry on for numerous flights and for the last three legs of this trip w/of having to check it. For some reason they made me check it. because I had to spend time at the baggage claim carousels I almost missed the last train of the night back home. Fortunately all is fine, but it caused unnecessary stress."
Pros: "the people were very helpful and understanding of the situation."
Cons: "that my flight was late causing a chain reaction of all other flights to be useless and thus changing all my flights and giving me another day in an airport."
Cons: "The crew was the worst part in this flight and on any flight i have Ever been to, never had that rude crew on a flight"
Pros: "General professionalism of crew"
Cons: "Food selection was poor, small quantity, and bad value. Online boarding pass didn't work for return flight first time, but worked a second time."
Pros: "Fastest flight I've ever had!"
Cons: "Dirty food trays trash jammed down it and flight attendant said the she doesn't touch that cleaners doBeing"
Cons: "Delayed for 30 mins due to traffic going in to Boston."
Pros: "On time. No issues. The last two times I have flown Delta I've had issues. Smooth sailing"
Pros: "Food, Service, overall feeling of flight and crew"
Cons: "Leg room"
Pros: "Boarding was pleasant, flight attendant was very nice. Served several snacks and choice of drinks."
Cons: "no entertainment"
Pros: "I like that they had a TV show showing at no extra cost"
Cons: "The seats were so uncomfortable, I've been on planes before but after an hours I couldn't get comfortable at all."
