Courteous crew. Smooth landing. My only compliant is that we have to purchase in-flight wi-fi.
Arrived early, friendly crew
Made me check my bag when there was PLENTY of space to carryon but they said space was limited
Was not offered snacks or food. Usually when I take united to california, which is a shorter flight, they give out pretzels or something. Was not even offered the chance to purchase breakfast.
I liked the check-in and waiting area at the airport.
I did not like that we had to walk so much to the new gate assignment.
Crew was great, and boarding was a breeze.
For the price, there should be better food, and a bit more breathing room.

KLM can't seem to figure out the order of boarding the plane. Should be business - priority - everyone else. Instead they do priority first, and that's usually two-thirds of the passengers. Also, really tired of the fake business class on these flights...

OLD OLD plane with hard seats and tiny screens
From pre-boarding, to boarding, to the food, and the attentiveness, everything was top notch! The cleanliness of the plane was only topped by the friendliness of the crew.
The flight was marked at almost 11hrs but ended up being only 9...not a negative other than it meant not spending as much time on board!
