I showed up an hour before my flight with no luggage to check or carry on. The line to TSA was almost nonexistent and the gate was close. The auto check in told me to go to frontiers desk to check in. No one was at any of the frontier check in counters event though every other airline had at least one person at theirs. There was a sign that said I was too late to redeem my ticket due to a 45 minute rule that wasn't mentioned anywhere in my flight itinerary or multiple emails from kayak and frontier. No one at the airport could help me without a frontier representative, they didn't answer my call to their 800 number and I missed my best friend's fathers funeral.

A free airline ticket!!

I did not like the fact that American Airlines cancelled my 17 Yr old neice's flight from Dallas to Denver over a thing called "timed-out". And had her sleep in a room with a cott instead of a hotel room. And the fact that we as customers pay good money for tickets only to be subject to the airlines way of business. It is absolutely unacceptable!

After 6 delays between 5 PM and 10 PM the flight was cancelled. They wouldn't comp a hotel and left us fending for ourselves. I finally arranged for my family to fly into a different destination 2 hours away from home after mid-night and drove home.

Considering you paid for luggage, no complimentary beverage service and attendants whom expected "team" work to clean the plane, this was the worst example of customer service I have experienced. I travel frequently and very disappointed in Frontier's service and comfort. The space between seats were uncomfortable for a couple of half marathoners. Again quite disappointed and will be avoiding Frontier in the future, no matter the perceived savings.

Terribly long bag drop line. Also very slow to get bags at baggage claim. Overall mediocre flight. Will never fly them for any flights longer than 2 hours. A lot of nickel and diming with these folks.

It’s been a while since I’ve flown American, but the aircraft was updated with a solid multimedia system, great moving map, and a standard power plug and USB port at every seat. That’s more than I expected, and was quite happy. Service was solid—no complaints.

Good & bad — flight arrived late, but the honestly, the pilots did their level best to make up the time and managed to arrive w/in 4 minutes of the scheduled arrival. Well done.

Absolutely ridiculous policy on making me go to a different terminal to get a boarding pass. Every other airline in the United States can issues electronic boarding passes these guys blocked me out 1 hour and ten minutes before the flight and said I had to go to terminal E counter to get boarding pass. I was at terminal A. Because I did not have boarding pass I could not enter through terminal A and use skylink I had to take the bus instead. That took 25 minutes. Then when I arrived at counter they said the flight was closed. And even though it was 25 minutes before boarding I was out of luck. The rude counter person said I should have been there 3 hours before the flight and now all they can do is reschedule for another day and it will cost an additional $100. Fortunately there were about 10 other people in a similar situation as mine and it became overwhelming for the counter people and they started issuing us tickets. This caused 10 of use to rush to security yelling we only have 10 minutes to get to flight. Fortunately all the people in line were understanding and TSA did the best they could but it still took time and probably stressed everyone out at security including TSA. This was just a money grab by Spirit airlines. Any other airlines an electronic ticket would have issued to my phone and I could have entered security at terminal A, caught skylink to Terminal E for my flight and been at gate 30 minutes before departure. This ridiculous policy of locking me out over an hour before the flight caused a great deal of stress to myself, the spirit counter crew, the TSA, all the other airline passengers waiting at security, and all the other spirit passengers who were gamed by Spirit airlines moneygrab. I intend to file complaints with Better Business Bureau, FAA, and Homeland security. This was totally unnecessary chaos!!!!

You pay for everything on a menu style way. Peanuts, soda, luggage and seat choice all extras. Then we got to Denver and they lost about 10 peoples' luggage. They could not find it for 45 minutes and then I found it on the wrong carousel going round and round! Very dissatisfied with the luggage mess in Denver on flight 802 September 10!
