Pros: It was great, friendly staffRead more about Delta
Pros: It was great, friendly staff
Pros: great flight, good social distance and empty seats in between
Cons: really nothing, it was as good as possible in these times
Cons: Made us check our carry ons and there was plenty of space in the cabin overhead comoartments
Cons: even though I was in Delta One -- the seats in the reclined position were kind of narrow, arm rests in the way made it difficult to turn over, IF I were trying to sleep. but i loved being in first class -- the only way to go on a long flight :)
Pros: The flight attendants were excellent, pleasant, and professional.
Cons: The video system went down for a period of time.
Pros: Crew attentive and helpful
Cons: Too cold
Cons: Do not lie to the passengers and make a lot of people check their bags when it’s empty overhead bins.
Pros: New plane with good features. I was very comfortable.
Cons: It was late
Pros: The flight attendants were amazing. 12 people had a connecting flight and they brought a shuttle bus. You dont see that kind of service any more 10 stars for that
Cons: Super small plane.
Pros: Seats were comfortable but crowded. Was nice to have the built in screen for entertainment.
Cons: Did not like being bumped to a flight with a five hour layover in SLC. Travel day was already very long. We booked the flight originally based on the shorter layover of an hour and a half. Seemed very inconsiderate.
Pros: Crew was wonderful! Food was good. It was a good experience.
Cons: This whole paying for comfort seats is annoying. Just make all the seats decent for all travelers.
Pros: I thought the boarding process was somewhat messy and should have started sooner.
Cons: The sound and touchpad on my entertainment console didn’t work too well during the flight.
Cons: Everything was excellent.
Pros: Nice trip
Cons: Crew didnt know who was supposed to be on the flight - confusion over number of people on the flight
Cons: People that take up more than one seat should be required to purchase two seats. The woman on the isle was over the arm Rest in my seat the entire trip. It is unfair to me. No one came to Take trash for 2 hours so we had to keep our tray tables down.
Pros: Friendly, efficient crew
Cons: Uncomfortable seat in 1st class. Poor quality video screen, too small, too far away, poor sound.
Cons: Delta seems to be running their interiors much hotter then ever I can recall. This flight was hot enough to drench my shirt with sweat.
Pros: Preboarded and all went smooth and quick
Cons: Another delayed flight due to equipment problems
Pros: The check in was well staffed and went smoothly and easily. Loved the large movie selection and picture quality.
Pros: Seats more comfortable, plan wasn’t too full
Cons: No charging port for cellphone.
Pros: On time
Cons: Small air craft
Cons: Took 20 min on the run way before deplaning at the gate. Luggage took 15 minutes to come. No entertainment.
Cons: Never took it!
Pros: I got home
Cons: Seats were tiny as hell
Cons: I began asking for my wheelchair escort the minute I got off the plane. I was assured in Houston they would be there when I got to Detroit. They were not. The request was clearly spelled out on my boarding pass along with my personal oxygen equipment information. I kept asking different staff and they would call for me then say somebody would be there. I waited for an entire hour and only when I started to cry did somebody do something. It was terribly stressful.
Pros: It was great
Pros: The food and the service
Cons: Could not get my boarding pass from Delta for the flight from PHX to LAX. Aeromexico did not confirm that leg of the trip, so I lost all day and had to buy another ticket for tomorrow. Still, Aeromexico has not solved anything
Cons: Dutch sub titels on fims would be good
Pros: We got on the plane and it went to where it was supposed to go.
Pros: Understanding crew, and a helping attitude
Pros: Customer service was great
Cons: They change schedule day before we flight, the change schedule 2 time while were flighting
Pros: Could be among the best landings ever. I felt nothing as we touched down in Salt Lake!!!
Pros: Entertainment (your own device) and crew were great
Cons: The plane needs to be re-furbished or simply retired. Seats were broken, no screens on seat back for entertainment was disappointing
Pros: Clean plan and efficient boarding procedure.
Cons: Horrible delay. Took off almost two hours post originally scheduled time.
Cons: Takeoff was delayed approx 4 hours which made me miss my connection and prolonged the whole travel day.
Cons: Very dated plane. First class seat was worn, crooked, and uncomfortable. No entertainment offered. Almonds or biscuit cookies were the only food options.
Pros: The flight left on time and landed earlier than anticipated
Cons: The seats were narrow and very upright
Pros: Flight was very comfortable and had a lot of space to move around
Cons: The gentleman indicating on the loud speakers what zones will be loading first was very rude.
Pros: Great crew and passengers
Cons: Took 8 hours to get from Oakland to Los Angeles. Flight delayed then cancelled at Oakland. Driven from there to San Francisco. That flight delayed by 45 minutes. Got on board and then they neede 4 people to get off the plane since it was overweight. That took another hour. Bad day of travel.
Cons: It was Delta not Virgin
Pros: Gate agent arranged flight via Salt Lake City and also gave me $15 lunch coupon for my troubles. She was awesome!
Cons: Dealing with West Jet to refund a mistake on the ticket purchase.
Pros: Friendly crew, ok seats
Cons: Was not possible to even request a coffee
