Everything. We have flown over 6 flights with Avianca this month. Every single one of them was delayed or cancelled. Not one apology. Not one upgrade. Nothing. We missed 4 days out of our family vacation due to Avianca's terrible service and airline. We went to 3 different offices and called the call center 3 times, we sent 4 emails to no response. Do not fly with them ever.

Everything was fine except the flight was delayed an hour. No biggie. My only question is that I had a trip that passed through Isa to 3rd country. At check in I was informed that bags would go all the way through without re-checking in. Turns out bags had to be re-checked in at first entry to usa. I wish the rules were consistent and that all personnel knew the rules. Also united baggage track app does not work.
