Media screens were very unresponsive and we never did find music
the flight from Frankfurt to Chicago was delayed by an hour. we have missed our connecting flight to Omaha. We were at the gate 8 minutes prior to departure, but United closed the gate right before our noses. Not cool. Horrible experience. My guess is that United has given our seats to someone else. After all United did the same thing to use once before. We will not travel United/Lufthansa again.
Seats were inordinately small Make sure to check the size of the seats on the flight you are considering before booking.
Best part was how Lufthansa took care of travellers whose connection time was short. They had ground crew waiting and who escorted us through customs, and then drove us to the gate. This is how passengers should be treated. ~ Excellent movie selection ~ Great flight attendants

Hidden charges!!!! I was not advised until I checked in that I had to pay extra $90 for my ONE checked bag. Then, I was told that if I had paid in advance that I could have saved -20%. Then I was told that I would have to pay again on the return. And I could not pay at that time to get any discount on the return baggage charge. So the Kayak ‘discount fare’ wasNO DISCOUNT, only additional restrictions, like inability to select an isle seat for my long legs.
Lots of films and tv shows to choose from, polite staff, timely flughts and a nice place to spend a layover.
Computer system malfunctioned, which double booked many seats, delaying departure for over an hour. That caused us to miss our connecting flight and there were no viable options for 2 days. Service and food on flight was not good.
Our flight from Denver to London was canceled at the last minute last night. The information from your email and the number given from you notifying me of the cancellation only gave British Airway to contact for redress. It took over an hour on the phone to get another flight which was 2 days later with now 2 days less of our vacation. Not to mention the loss of 2 hotel room payments. Kayak was of no help in this matter. Plus our flight reservation prohibited us from getting our flight on another flight the next day. If I had known that I never would have used Kayak. I am extremely unhappy with how this was handled. I expect to be reimbursed for our lost Hotel room costs and the costs associated with lost tours from you. Please contact me with how you will go about doing this.
Seats were very tight for economy, luckily we were in the emergency seats.

Charged double for baggage on moble check in. Called 3 times - spent over an hour to find out since I bought discount tickets no refunds for excess baggage. I didn’t want excess baggage their website automatically charged double - website said ecess charged automatic when checking in. Won’t use kayak again.
