The flight attendants were fairly kind and considerate when going about their job.

I fly a lot and have taken a fair share of disappointing flights but this one certain hits the top. The boarding process was chaotic; the woman at the counter was down right rude and did not once make eye contact. The flight crew was close to useless when people were taking too long to be seated or placing bags in the overhead. I cannot rate food or entertainment because frontier is too cheap to even hand out tiny bags of mixed nuts. You certainly pay for what you get. Then we all waited 45 minutes for our bags to be unloaded at baggage claim. That is an unacceptable amount of time! Only for me to realize my bag was lost and somewhere in Mississippi. I've been traveling as a frequent flyer member on united and American for five years and I was considering joining frontier'/ program but after this experience I need to reevaluate.

The flight was fine but it was delayed at the last minute which was annoying. There was no communication by gate staff about what was going on and that was frustrating and confusing. I liked receiving updates via email, but the human touch would have been nice too. The gate staff seemed very overwhelmed by the situation and I don't think she handled it well. I heard that meal vouchers were being distributed but I didn't learn this until we were getting ready to board the flight so I didn't receive a voucher and I didn't get dinner.

Check in crew and gate crew were polite,

Flight crew was insulting and arrogant. NO SERVICES are offered, not even a blanket or pillow. When the flight attendant offers a beverage or snack for purchase, their pad automatically asks for a 20% or more gratuity. What??? Isn't that their job? Now that we've learned that Frontier is consistently delayed many hours for bogus reasons, we are sorry we took advantage of what appeared to an inexpensive flight when it would have been worth paying more to avoid the enormous delays, plus ignorant treatment by the flight attendants, particularly the lead attendant (male).

My 6:00 AM flight was cancelled but didn't find that out until I got to the airport at 4:45AM. The two options Spirit gives you is to put you on the next flight tomorrow at 6AM or refund your money. I was lucky to purchase a flight on an airline with a real schedule for later that morning. That flight was practically empty. It is a shame that Spirit doesn't have the customer service to accommodate it's passengers on to other flights. Low cost fares are appealing but more of a hassle than they are worth when the airline has little to no contingency plans. An I'm sorry and a $15 voucher can't get you back 24 hours of time or the money folks who choose low cost carriers have to waste on getting back and forth to the airport or spend on hotels in the area.

flight was on time

seats are too cramped. Passenger behind me kept kicking my seat the entire time (and she was a grown woman). People leaving the fight need to be told to be orderly. I had to calm down a verbal confrontation between two men because one guy try to rush from off from the back of the plane and bumped into another man. Crew did nothing, if I wouldn't have stopped the confrontation it may have gotten ugly.

The plane was delayed 5 times causing us to miss our connection. We had to stay overnight in the airport in Chicago. We were told that there would be blankets waiting for us that we could use however there weren't and we had to practically beg for them.

I fly weekly, but try never to book United because there are always issues with my support animal. Without fail, regardless of the city, the agents at check-in do not know what to do. Each time I'm met with annoyance at having to check me in, and I usually end up calling either the disabilities desk and handing the agent my phone, or asking for the CRO. I have to leave an extra 45 minutes to accommodate flying United every time -- ridiculous. This time I also got a load of unprofessional gate agents cooing and awwing at my my support animal, and trying to pet him. When this happens I always simply state, "please don't" and this was key with rudeness as well. United please provide us with more professional and adequately trained staff at the airports. Once we're on the planes it's fine. But you seem to have VERY low hiring standards for airport staff

Plenty of room for this guy, 6'2", in economy. We had just landed a few hours before from a 8.5 hour flight from Paris. Plenty of seat room. The service was good. Arrived early.

There wasn't entertainment options without using your own devise. Much nicer having it built in but I realize that is the way of the future. The seat itself was very stiff. There was no comfort in the chair itself. It looked comfy but felt like a hard chair, unfortunate. No charging stations at Philly and the outlets didn't work to charge phones.

Tried to standby for earlier flight or pay a change fee or buy another ticket, but they wouldn't let me even though there were empty seats on the plane according to the gate representative. When I called customer service there was a 46 minute wait. When they called me back it was too late, and they said only gold or higher members could stand by. When I got on my later fight, the wifi and entertainment didn't work.

Boarding was chaotic- partly because passengers payed little attention to boarding groups and ground crew tried to control it- to little avail. Also, pilot or crew did not tell us what gate we were deplaning at and with short tomes between flights, I need to plan where my next gate is and fastest route there.

Clean aircraft, swift flight

Seat was changed to last row/middle seat (not what initially booked or confirmed with online check-in). Before takeoff, attendant moved all passengers in back row to alternate seats. Which meant that I was no longer traveling with my colleague. Unfortunately, that made our intended meeting time impossible.
