The check in agents in PHL and gate agents had to have been the rudest women that I have ever encountered; the agent weighing the bags at check in screamed continuously at all of the guests as did the woman at the gate.I have Executive Platinum status with AA and fly a lot with AA but these ladies were the absolute worst I had the displeasure to encounter!

Flight left early and arrived 30 MINUTES early at the destination. Smooth trip.
Flight was 3 hours delayed. They gave our plan to two other routes. Need to knock that off.
The flight was on time and the landing was very smooth. The crew and flight attendants were all very friendly and professional.
Plane was super cold. No entertainment unless you were with mileage program Getting off the plane was super slow

Boarding was disorganized and delayed because they overbooked and wanted people to give up seats then further delayed due to an issue with the plane. They did not load my bag and it took a day for them to return it. Flight attendant was lovely and the only positive thing about this trip.
Plane was packed but flew on-time, and the comfort level was great! All planes are a bit cramped, but the in flight entertainment was superb, snacks were nice, and the crew was polite. Got into Calgary on schedule...all we could ask for

The take off was delayed as we were told that the baggages had to be rearranged to balance the weight. I only took a carry-on and a personal item, but the overhead bin was extremely small, even a normal size carryon can’t fit it, so they had to check it in for free. The seat was really tight and no entertainment at all.
Boarding was particularly poorly done with disregard for courtesy, professionalism, and efficiency. Think mid 70’s bus station.
My trip was ruined by the restrictions hidden in their "basic economy" plan. I'd flown hundreds of times and never encountered a program that does not allow changes of any kind. I don't know whose interface hid this information more, but I'm unlikely to use Kayak or Air Canada again after that experience.
Flight delayed two and a half hours from Toronto to Calgary Philadelphia to Toronto we were listed as standbys !!! Very concerning
Flight as delayed 5 hours, we missed our connection and had to cancel our whole trip. Plus we spent $300 for a room at the airport the night before and that was a waste of money. Air Canada retrieved that plane from mothballs and it needed extensive maintenance. This is our last thought of flying with this carrier
With significant delay due to weather, there was very little information provided to passengers regarding time when pilots will arrive while sitting on the plane
