Short flight but had to pay for snacks or drinks on Aer Lingus.
Not enough food served, they charged for alcohol on a transatlantic flight! Some of the crew were not the friendliest.
Boarding was not done by groups, I end up storing my bag in the bin by the end of the plane while my seat was at the beginning and this was delaying my exit upon arrival. Not good experience having connected flight.
The plane interior needed maintenance. The seat pocket in front of me was falling off, and things were tattered
It was a simple layover!
Lufthansa is extremely efficient, and the staff is very helpful all while being cheerful and kind. The planes are new and clean, everything was a notch above typical economy carriers. Well done!
Flight attendants were helpful without waking up passengers wjo wanted to sleep.
