Cons: "My flight was delayed 2 hours"

Cons: "The TV control pads are a major FAIL. And all of the baggage charges are despicable piracy."

Cons: "It was United. Enough said. They stink, especially after having flown on Lufthansa overseas. The United flight had zero leg room."

Cons: "1st Delay due to baggage and mechanical issues. Then taxied out only to be pulled back to the gate due to an issue with how they loaded the baggage. 2 1/2 hours total causing me and many others to miss connecting flights."

Pros: "Everything was fantastic except I was a little squished; but I suppose that is to be expected on the economy flight. We did land later than expected but it ended up being just fine and I was able to connect to my next flight."

Cons: "The way back took way longer then scheduled as my flight was delayed, again. I didn't get home till 3 am and had to work the next morning. Not happy about the delay. Also, I booked 8 months in advance and friends I met with on the trip got their airfare for half the price and booked only a few weeks before. They said I paid way to much, but since I do t fly much I guess I'm the sucker, cause I had no idea."

Cons: "When I landed in San Francisco, my ticket did not have a gate number on it. My layover was only 55 minutes long so I knew I needed to get straight to my gate. I looked at the screen of departures. The screen said Eugene was at gate 72. I rushed to gate 72 to find that on display screen for gate 72, it said boarding for passengers to Orange County. I then walked to information. The gentleman at information wrote down that my gate was gate 67. I hurried to gate 67 (with only 15 minutes until boarding for my flight began). At gate 67 I asked a United Airlines worker if I was at the correct gate. He said no, my gate was 72. I explained to him I was just there. He was very rude and said if I did not want to believe him, that's fine. I said no, I believe you, I just want to be certain I am going to the correct place as I should be boarding very soon. I started running back to gate 72. On my way I stopped at the United Airlines customer service desk and encountered yet another rude United Airlines associate named Irada. She told me I needed to wait my turn in line and could not help me, even though I needed to be boarding soon. I ran back to gate 72 and the board said Eugene. I asked a pilot who was sitting down on break about the reasoning behind the boards and he helped me. A pilot whose job is not at all in customer service was the one who helped while those with the job in customer service were rude. I was very exhausted and upset with the confusion and noone willing to help. I do not believe I will be flying with United anymore if associates who are supposed to be helpful are not."

Pros: "At all points in the process from check-in to exiting the plan, the staff was quick to step in and help with direction to keep everyone moving."
Cons: "A teacher was put into tears at the gate agent desk prior to boarding because she had a purse and a shopping bag but had a ticket that only allowed one bag that could not be a full roller board. I did see her eventually board wiping her tears away with a single bag, so she either paid the extra $50 or they figured something out."

Cons: "Delayed because of mechanical problems and did not announce gate changes."

Cons: "My flight to San Francisco was 3 hrs delayed and I missed the wedding ceremony that I flew down to attend. The return flight was also 2 hrs delayed."

Cons: "Mechanical delay in fargo caused me to miss my connecting flight to Eugene by 5 minutes. Got to Denver airport asked the gate guy to call my connecting flight gate to see if they could hold the door for me, he said you got 10 mins go. I ran 30 gates and the door just closed and missed my flight. I am 25 weeks preg so my running time is slower then normal. Then they rebooked me on a flight that had an additional connect and arrived 4 hours later then expected. By the time I got to my new flight gate- it was delayed so would miss my next connecting flight. Long story short it's 3 hours past when I was suppose to leave and settled for s flight to PDX tonight getting in at midnight. My friend From eugue is picking me up in Portland tomorrow. It has been an unsuccessful flight. Almost cancelled and went home......"

Cons: "I didn't like that I couldn't take an earlier flight home to Ontario without having to pay a fee. The airline delayed my flight a day later just to get to Oregon and the least they could do was give me an early flight home."

Pros: "No wifi, so no entertainment. But we did get 2 packets of snacks!"

Cons: "There were probably ten delays over the course of about ten hours. Communication among staff, aircrew, and maintenance teams seemed very poor. Really didn't seem like people knew what they were doing. Very unprofessional and perhaps somewhat uneccessary."

Cons: "In first, the FA said they don't do hot nuts anymore due to budget cuts, and when I stood up to stretch, she told me I had to return to my cabin. It took three tries to get her to understand that I was standing next to my seat. budget cuts? During a time of record profits?"

Cons: "milk products in the snack, gross. in flight entertainment was annoying and just a preview, prompting constantly for me to pay more. would have been happier without a bright screen blaring bad tv show clips in my face."

Cons: "It was a 3 hr. flight. They gave us no food, just a small bag a snack mix. I asked for tomato juice to drink and I asked if I could keep the can and the flight attendant said NO, because someone else may want tomato juice. UNITED is out on my list of airlines,"
