However, they could not figure out what was wrong with the planed and delayed the boarding for another 3 hours, putting our 1900 departure time to 2100."

Cons: "Ticket price was a bit much, the seats and aisle inside the plane are only made for skinny people. Aisle was barely longer across than my foot, and the guy next to me was a bit bigger than average, leaving me to have to scrunch in my seat the whole flight. Lots of elbows, butts and hips knocking into my shoulders as people boarded."

Cons: "I didn’t use many of the services since I slept for most of my flight. While I did enjoy the WiFi, it was kind of spotty throughout the flight. Some of my texts did not go through. On another note, this box forced me to type a negative response and would not let me go on to the next question until I submitted something. Additionally, it forced me to type over 50 words. This should probably be fixed for future use."

Cons: "Delays, delays, delays... first class ticket from BOS to MSP got me a 6 hour delay and a middle seat in econ main cabin at the back of the plane. Delta you suck!"

Cons: "The things I didn't like were out of Delta's control: Some baby who screamed bloody murder whenever the captain said anything (so we couldn't hear the announcement about being stuck on the tarmac). Also, we got stuck on the tarmac for about 45 minutes. Obviously, it could have been much worse. But you know how it is when you just want to get home. And that baby."
