Flight cancelled due to weather, the workers made it seamless.
Had to tack on extra expenses for food while waiting for the next flight. Should have gotten some type of vouchers to cover meals at the very least during cancellations. That would be next level.
The fact that the in-flight meal was as cold as the crew, and you got to pay for that coldness. Just love it! You get me right?
The Montreal-Vancouver route was by far the worst. The attitude of the crew was denigrating and arrogant.

Flight back was OK but flight to Orlando was not. Travelling with s 94 yr old man in a wheelchair. Everything at Pearson is not conduscent to travel with a handicapped person. Poor layout, poor assistance, non caring people, long distances,, and final straw was air canada started boarding without calling for handicapped first. We had to stop them and then fight our way up the aisle with people all in the way. Terrible, just lousey. 3 and a half hours before flight we arrived and didn't even have a chance to get some lunch before flight. Connecting flight experience - Had to wait in a line for around 5 hours just to speak with a customer service representative at the London airport because my previous flight was delayed and I had missed my connecting flight.

Seats were comfortable and staff was very attentive as well as respectful of us when I was sleeping
There was condensation leaking from the ceiling of the cabin. A crew member said this was normal, would have been nice to know this ahead of time to reassure me that for a first-time overseas flier that this is normal.
Uneventful, other than having missed the original connecting flight on account of delays.
There was no food or entertainment, so I can't rate them.
No one could help. Finnair wouldn’t issue a refund. British Airways were not helpful.

Snacks and candy served we're of low quality. No prayer facilities inside the plane. They didn't allow me to pray though I got some empty spot to do so. They brought the issue of safety. While fasten seat belt sign was on I found people standing, walking, using toilet etc but air Crew did never brought up the issue of safety.
Flight way delayed 3 hours. Staff gave no information and wouldn't help rebook us onto other flights. They gave us food vouchers 2 minutes before we finally boarded, so we couldn't use them. The food on the plane had spoiled so we were all starving on the flight, and we all missed our connections. Horrible experience and wouldn't fly with KLM again.
Flight crew was pleasant and attentive. Seats were comfortable for economy as well. We were allowed to check in extra baggage for free at check in which really helped since we would be catching a connecting flight in Amsterdam
