Cons: "Really tired of delays. Got to the airport, notified of a 90 minute delay. Then got delayed again after we were supposed to board... Like I didn't know it was delayed again. Then got delayed 1 last time before leaving. Delays happen, I get it, just be slightly more accurate and upfront"

Pros: "The plane was clean, the pilot and attendants were pleasant."
Cons: "Rules are rules. Yet, at least ten people brought on more than the designated one carry-on bag and purse. Flight attendants shouldn't have to deal with those poorly mannered passengers who think they deserve special treatment. Otherwise, it was all fine."

Pros: "Everything was fantastic except I was a little squished; but I suppose that is to be expected on the economy flight. We did land later than expected but it ended up being just fine and I was able to connect to my next flight."

Cons: "I was exiting your airplane bathroom and my wife was entering when the flight attendant placed her arm in front of my wife and said, “I’m sorry but I’m working so that means I have dibs on this bathroom.” She then entered the bathroom and shut the door on my wife’s face. I was furious and speechless to witness such frank rude behavior and horrible customer service. I would like to think that United Airlines prides itself on better customer service than this. My wife and I have other choices when we fly and we will certainly think twice before we fly United Airlines again."

Cons: "The pane was obviously old and interior parts were barely staying on. The seats were rundown and very uncomfortable. The power outlets were not functional."

Cons: "Same issue with boarding. Mass of people, no organization."

Pros: "Meal, snack, water and a glass of wine...the entertainment monitor functioned...brought my own ear phones but airline offered them...lotion in the toilet...friendly service...the small comforts make a HUGE difference...not being nickel and dimmed to death...really MATTERS...especially when you are crammed in."
Cons: "It is difficult to sit for 7+ hours in such tight quarters...but...for the price...I'd do it again. Also I had very considerate seat mates."

Cons: "Cancelled and automatically booked with no option for a refund unless I waited seven hours in line at 1 AM. Ridiculous especially given demver's proximity to the springs. WEBSITE NEEDS A STREAMLINED REFUND OPTION FOR AUTOMATICALLY REBOOKED FLIGHTS."

Cons: "The flight was cancelled so I'm on stand by for who knows when"

Pros: "Both flights were early landing which was nice everything moved smoothly"
Cons: "I didn't have an assigned seat in the 22nd flight so when they called I asked about they said wait for ur flight to be called so I went and Sat back down til they called me by name so almost missed my flight because the communication with the staff needs improvements"

Pros: "The plane was big and they made sure to keep you hydrated."
Cons: "Most of the airline staff were unbelievably rude. They wouldn't let me 91 year old grandfather get up to stretch at ask during the flight. They also told me to stay out of the way and sit down during a medical emergency when I got up because they needed a doctor."

Cons: "When I got to my seat I had to use a wipe to clean it because there was what looked like either throw up or oatmeal on my seat.... The pocket in front of me was filled with trash like an empty water bottle, a bag of chips and dirty napkins (they were very big so it was obvious that no one cleans between flights)... Also it didn't matter how many times I tried connecting to the wifi, I couldn't and I was willing to pay for it to because it was important that I work during my flight."
