Pros: "We left an overcoat on the plane after the long flight and did not realize our area until we were in the baggage claim area. The Delta agent in Paris was most helpful. He went above and beyond to retrieve our coat. Good job Delta!"

Cons: "The flight left two hours late. Apparently this happens a lot with this flight these days because it's an Airbus 380 coming from Paris to Dulles and turning around. The incoming flight was two hours late, so the departure was late. Our arrival in Paris was late. We made the flight, but our luggage didn't. Our return flight from Paris to Dulles was half an hour late because of people from connecting flights. We arrived about 30 minutes late, but no big deal (unless you had a connection)"

Pros: "Before we even boarded, the ticket agent happily found two seats together for my husband & I. The in-flight staff was particularly helpful. We had some medicine that needed to be refrigerated and they both provided a bag of ice for us to keep it in and checked back to replace the ice as it melted."

Pros: "A woman who spoke no English or French was seated next to me last minute with a baby who cried the whole flight. The woman hit me several times, waking me up, while trying to get the baby to stop crying. Talk about a red eye"
