The plane was really cool. Some more advanced technologies than other Airline companies. Crew was good too.
Issue happened with my landing. Didn't make it in time to next gate. Delta did everything they could to blame me, insulted me on The phone and definitely provided the worst customer service
Late, slow, de-icing in Detroit took nearly an hour!
As always, the crew and amenities were first rate.
We were initially told that our flight would arrive early. Then we sat on the tarmac for a half hour before anyone could be bothered to tell us we were waiting for the plane to be de-iced.
Due to the earthquakes, the film festival I was going to was cancelled. Ten days prior to the flight I called AeroMexico to cancel and they said there would be a cancellation penalty, which was fine. When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future.
At the time to pick up bags it was very confusing, people saying it was on a different band, information was not clear and my bag was already in the floor, for a long time. Very confusing how people on the ground have different information to what the screens are saying
I enjoyed the movies on board, entertainment great!
This my 3rd trip to PVR on airline. As a delta frequent flyer I have always gotten upgraded or standby list. For what ever reason on my return it seemed staff working at airport today ALL gave me false info and finally in the end when I wanted to pay for upgrade told flight sold out ! False ! 3 Empty AM Plus seats 5 Ross in front of me . So I was separated from my friends as they sat in first class. I blame the gate staff since none had a clue ! Horrible e periwnce for first time at Mexico City airport. We also left Aweomexico lounge since was dirty and went to American Express Lounge that was clean z
Every time I would fly out in Aeromexico we never payed for luggage I don’t know why they changed their policy to charge for every bag.

We arrived safely. We were late but arrived safely. When we had to spend the night en route, the customer service desk was very kind and helpful.
Crew was grumpy and very unhelpful Lots of mechanical delays Kept being assured we would make our connections despite leaving late. In the end we had to change our route in order to have a chance at making it to our destination that day. Even that didn’t work though; we had to spend the night in Charlotte.
