Cons: "An officious crew who said they had a 'seat belt detector' to tell if people's seatbelts were fastened. A late flight... with lies about the reason for the delay."

Cons: "I paid to be in row 1 first class, when I checked in I was in the first row, then as I boarded I was told my seat changed to the back row in first class for no reason at all. I choose the 1st row for a ready and I expect to sit there! 2 flights in a row that Delta moved my seat for no reason"

Cons: "Way crowded even in comfort plus Flight very late leaving Missoula Got to SLC just as flight was boarding for LA"

Pros: "For a puddle jumper jet it was amazingly comfortable. Even had enough room to put both feet and a carry on bag under the seat. And the seats were more comfortable relative to the competition (eg. United and US Air)."

Cons: "I had window seats on all flights and was boarded after those in middle/aisle seats 3 out of 4 times. Less legroom in the cheap seats. High whining pitch on speaker during announcements on last leg."

Pros: "Lisa @ the Boston Delta check-in counter is AMAZING! She's super helpful and essentially saved our vacation! Her coworkers say she's the best and I couldn't agree more! Delta is very lucky to have someone like Lisa on their team!"

Cons: "Some chaos getting on the flight. The area they have set up for the different sections to wait before getting called weren't marked very well so everyone was bunched up and confused. Once they started calling the sections it was fine. Not sure why they even had the marked areas."

Cons: "Wouldn’t let us take our carry-on because they had overbooked and had no more room in overhead. Delayed our first flight and then our connecting flight left *early*. (If you know you have customers with short connections, why leave early to make their connections even shorter?) Then told us they would not pay for our hotel since it wasn’t their fault. Gave us a “discount” with a nearby hotel that was more expensive than what you could book it for online. Had to wait several hours for them to get us back the carry-on luggage that they insisted we check in the first place."

Pros: "My original flight from MSP to Grand Forks had the nicest pilot that went above and beyond his duties on and off aircraft."
Cons: "Switched planes 3 times, Gates 4 times and little communication on what to expect now, and moving forward. Ended up delayed on jetway 90 minutes before returning to gate to be switched on and off planes for 4 hours Also Delta broke my suitcase in 4 spots I will be contacting delta about this horrible experience!!!"

Pros: "The flight was good. It crashed zero times. I was pleased not to check my carry-on bags. They were attentive in calling for wheelchair assistance for me."

Cons: "The boarding took a long time then when they called for the zone 3 they told us to hurry up. The steward was doing everything by hand motion. You couldn't hear what he was saying. The plane was extremely noisy and we asked what the noise was none of the crew answered. This is not the normal service that I am used to from Delta."
