The amazing entertainment system.
The smell of feet, and nausea from turbulence after food (not really Turkish's fault). Also, I'm getting too used to the food by now, and it doesn't seem to change much.
Entertainment, and the plane which felt really new and comfy.
Food was a bit boring (because it was such a short flight, I suppose)
On board entertainment ststem has lots of options to choose from on all accounts. Food selection was good, served hot with large selection of drinks. Overall much better than US airlines that cross Atlantic.
More comfortable seats for long haul flights is a must have. Comfort+ Offered a money’s worth alternative to business or first class. Boarding is done away from terminal building which required busess for transportation back and forth. Prefer skybridge instead.
I'm 6 ft 2. Legspace was adequate, and no silly boxes under the seats like other airlines that obstruct your feet. Great entertainment systems - modern, good selection. Food and staff excellent.
Their online checkin systems could operate a bit more smoothly. At one point, I had to go in in person, because the online checkin site had an already past flight from their codeshare partner SAS showing up as the next flight, and I couldn't perform online checkin as a result.

they keep the cabin a bit too hot, need to ask them all the time to make it colder
No one could help. Finnair wouldn’t issue a refund. British Airways were not helpful.
Seats were comfortable and staff was very attentive as well as respectful of us when I was sleeping
There was condensation leaking from the ceiling of the cabin. A crew member said this was normal, would have been nice to know this ahead of time to reassure me that for a first-time overseas flier that this is normal.
Connecting flight experience - Had to wait in a line for around 5 hours just to speak with a customer service representative at the London airport because my previous flight was delayed and I had missed my connecting flight.
Announcement was made that flight was delayed for at least two hours and that delay might be longer or might be cancelled. Desk staff specifically said they would not help rebook until the 2 hour delay had passed. I bought a ticket on Delta amd actually flew to London.
