The staff at the counter was not helpful at all. They were not paying attention to us in the counter and were very rude. We were extremely upset because we had to pay €90 (almost what we paid for our flight!) just for our seats. We have been on the go in many trains and have not had the chance to connect to wifi to check in to our flights. I am very displeased with the lack of help because we didn't have internet.
If you do not check in online 50 euros bags are overweight even though we start our journey in the USA 350 euro. Seats do not recline. No water for free in flight. Seats too close little leg room. Will not fly them again.
Unhappy about having to pay 45euros because I couldn't print boarding pass. I bought ticket in June, started travelling Sept 2nd and flight was for Sept 29th. Not having access to internet and printer during the 7days prior to the flight cost me 45euros.
