Check-in agent was very pleasant even through having to deal with a number of cancelled flights.
Flight was delayed shortly before it was scheduled for boarding, which resulted in further delays/cancellations along the journey. Earlier notification may have allowed me to remain in Atlanta a night or two longer with my family as opposed to having had to spend many additional hours sitting uncomfortably in an airport.
Gate agent was fantastic! Her positive demeanor made for the delays and cancellations to not seem as much of an issue. She was extremely pleasant when explaining what was happening to flights, connections, etc. She was helpful when checking boarding passes to ensure that travellers were ok for their flight.
Again, last minute notification of delayed or cancelled flights made things somewhat worrisome. The late notification led to me missing my nest connection in Minneapolis, and having to sleep in the airport until the following morning in order to transfer my ticket to another flight leaving in the morning/afternoon/evening...very nerve-wracking to say the least.
Flight attendant Gillian Awesome. Crew was fun and made my kids first flight great.
Seating is a bit cramped.

Coffee is always burnt; overhead compartments too small; too little space for legs.

I got tranafered to 4 different gates aand my flight was delayed for 3 hrs with no explaination and the staff didn't try to help
They never have enough food selections in First Class
Nothing at all!!! That should really tell you something!
The staff were rude, abrasive, ignored several passengers that were trying to get her attention before take off as 2 overhead bins were wide open and full to the brim. She of course was too busy playing on her cell phone in the back of the plane and ignored/silenced the passenger call button. They were so loud when people were sleeping, yelling ‘trash please’ every 5 minutes, we are not stupid, we can see what you are doing and if we have trash, we will give it to you - so please STOP disturbing my peace and let me bloody sleep!!!! I was never offered any food or drink during the entire flight, not even when I was awake - other airline attendants are more observant and come back and ask us when we are awake if we would like anything to eat or drink. So essentially that was 7 hours with nothing after having paid a little over $700 for what was seemingly the WORST transatlantic flight I’ve ever taken. I travel back and forth often, because I’m a dual national, but I will stick to BA or Virgin Atlantic - the planes and service are far superior to this pile of turd that goes by the name of United. There were no charging facilities (power outlet or USB port) and the TVs had such horrendous resolution that you would get a headache from having to squint at the screen.
Luggage took 30 minutes to get to pickup and it was covered in vinegar. The snacks on the ride really stink. A little bag of pretzels. Boarding and I boarding took forever
I liked that it was a short flight and that the over-head bins were big enough for my backpack.
I didn't like that my friends, who bought their tickets at the same time I did, with their own cards and checked in at the same time as me, didn't get a seat number. I had one assigned when my ticket printed out, after I checked in at the airport after they did. They had to wait until boarding was almost complete before they were afforded a seat. Seemed really strange. With United already having a bad name from recent stories on the news, it made us worry. Don't like worrying when it has anything to do with an airplane.

For the price it is a great value. The first time I flew with Frontier I didn't know what to expect. This time I was prepared and had an enjoyable flight.
I would like a bigger tray table and a charge station for my phone.
