Lauderdale @ 1:30 p.m. the flight kept getting delayed . our flight did not take off until 7:30 that evening. Nobody informed us of anything what the delay was etc. it was handled horribly by Jet Blue staff. We were t offered vouchers nothing.

The lady in the front desk asked me in Spanish if I new English seen I was speaking Spanish to her I really don’t get why me knowing English had to do with me getting my seats. Also I went to gat 7 cuz that’s the gate I printed out 1hr before my fly but had to run to gate 3 cuz JetBlue changed gate seen 7am but couldn’t change it on the check in printouts/information (does that even make sense). Finally the answering service is a lottery you have to pray you get someone nice(and I hate to say this cuz I’m Puerto Rican but we can be so rude in customer service). You can tell from the accent a person has where they from and every time I get a Central American person they are so nice but when you get a Puerto Rican person they can be so rude and almost always you get nothing answer or done. This particular time before my flight I call to get my seat cuz when I flew to PR and almost always I call 24hr before my flight and get my seats assign free of charge. Not this time the customer rep answered and I tell her that I’m calling to get my seats and she answers you can do that when you check in, I tell her that I try but I’m being charged to get them and that in my previous flight the girl said to call 24hr before this flight and I could get them assigned free of charge (which was true cuz I had call for my fly going to PR and the girl also said it too) and the customer rep said well it probably cuz is not 24hr before yet. I told the rep yes it is I’m currently on my way to the airport but I want to get them before I get to the airport and the rep answers well you can do it when you get there (mind you I’ve been on hold waiting for almost 2hr that’s why I’m on my way to the airport cuz I usually do it 5-6hr before my flight but the answering service has been very busy) I tell her that I’m trying to save some time and get them before I get to the airport and the rep said well I can’t help you cuz we can’t give you seat on the phone you have to do it when you check in or wait until you get to the airport and they’ll give you your seats. It’s very frustrating that there’s people like this and they are from the same birthplace as you. So sad!

Unlike other carriers, United quickly adapted to the reality on the ground and adjusted their schedules accordingly. The result was a safe, comfortable, flight for a very reasonable cost given the very short amount of time I had to make reservations. Thank you!

Pros: Traveling from SJU to GSP, my mom got to the airport in SJU for her 1am flight. To find out it had been canceled. No call or email before hand, the had to wait until 2am to change the flight and get a hotel voucher. After that, next day they board the plane and de-board the plane due to mechanical problems. Another night and just a couple of 10 vouchers. She never received an explanation or recompense for loosing part of her trip in the san juan airport. This is the second time ahe has gone thru this in the same year with United. Awful experinece.

So, avoid United, unless you have no other choice.

After boarding my early morning flight from San Juan to Houston, all passangers were seated we were at a stand still for 2hrs before being instructed to depart the plane. We were sent back to the service desk for rerouting. This line was also an hour and 1/2 long . Fortunately I was able to transfer to another airline, but this overral experience with United was horrible.

There are no flight specifications for travelers during the flight in Spanish. Cons: I didn't like that my flight was delayed for almost three hours from Dulles to Charlottesville. Apparently, from speaking with friends in the area, United has a horrible reputation for getting anywhere on time. Why couldn't they have just given us ground transportation and let us drive to Charlottesville? It would have been quicker!
Pros: Newer low profile seats created more room. Because of late take off, entertainment was free. Late takeoff also made for a short connection, but we made it thankfully.
Cons: Attitude of the older flight attendant white woman. I asked her about putting a piece of artwork in a bin that had a yellow thing which looked to be a flotation device, and she was sarcastically rude saying it was a raft, and no I can't put anything in there. I watched the attitude with some other guests as well, so realized it wasn't just me, but how snarkily short she was with people about their luggage and such. If you're not enjoying your job, then quit and let someone younger and fresh come on board to create a more pleasant atmosphere for everyone.
Pros: Seats were comfortable, the video entertainment was top notch, bathrooms were very roomy compared to other planes and flight attendants were nice to us. I only want to ride on these style planes from now on. They also were quick to connect the gate bridge which is important to me. I couldnt believe that I actually wanted the flight to be longer to watch more movies.
Cons: Im not sure when this happened, but in an effort to add another row or two of seats - you are no longer able to put your seat back. It almost feels like you are actually leaning forward in your chair, 4 hours later, it equals the most uncomfortable flight of my entire life. In addition to one measly snack package, no drinks, charging for a movie... conclusion is I will NEVER fly a united flight again. Please Beware flyers, this might only be worth it if your flight is under 1 hour...

Cons: 4 hour delay because frontier either doesn’t contract for or refuses to pay for deicing services in Phoenix. The pilot stated that Sky Harbor doesn’t have deicing services which I personally know to be false because southwest and delta both have deicing services and their is a deicing location at the airport. Instead we waited for the sun to thaw the airplane and further waited for a fuel truck afterwards. Only the first three rows have reclining seats that you pay extra for. I only recommend frontier for SHORT commutes, as the seats really are that uncomfortable with very little padding. NEVER AGAIN!
Cons: After Frontier charged me $50 for a carry-on bag absolutely nothing was good about the flight other than the 1:30 flight time. I couldn't wait to get off of the plane. Frontier charges you for every little thing. It is no wonder the exit row seats were empty too. They charged an extra $47.50 on the flight to Orlando so I opted out for the return flight. No more flights on Frontier for me.

The depart time for the sju flight was 3am i have to be in the airport 2hrs before so this was a allmost 24hrs flight for me because i reach my destination at 4pm. I expect comunication from you.

We were eventually put on a connection to Miami, had to wait a few hours in that airport for our next flight, a multi- stop Southwest flight to Richmond, Atlanta and finally Baltimore. it took us 24 h to get home, instead of a direct flight of 3h. Just because the comoany decided we were not worth serving

Pros: I fly ALL the time with my Pet in Cabin. This supposed to be our first time with Spirit. Employees refuse to let my dog fly. They said the dog cannot turn around inside the soft sides bag. My dog indeed turn around inside the bag, but sometimes she don’t want or need to do that!! Counter attendants refund my money effective in 7 days. Almost immediately in went to SOUTHWEST, side by side with Spirit counter and quickly buy our tickets to FLL. Thanks to SOUTHWEST we arrive on time.

And it was very expensive. $105 for carry on + luggage.

Cons: Although weather conditions were not Spirit's doing, on the return flight we had to wait in the tarmac for 3 hours to unload and 2 hours to retrieve baggage, we had a very rude crew member that eventually had a passenger return his rudeness with the same. After 2 hours of waiting was when Spirit decided to offer us 3 oz of water and a tiny package of cookie. Thank God for no medical emergency, but they didn't come out and offer actual bottles of water and/or a real snack. Terrible consideration toward the passengers.
