Cons: "The plane was not stocked appropriately- ran out of mist drinks."

Pros: "Stuck in Chicago. Never made it to Denver because of weather. Had to get hotel."

And after dinner was served, gave everyone a bottle of water. Good choice of movies, food was good and the light breakfast was actually very filling. Excellent croissants. Overall great flight."

Cons: "Lack of personal space is a fact of life for air travel unless one can afford the good seats. Plus, why do I always sit behind a crying, screaming child? I know it's no fun for anyone involved and it's just part of life, but maybe next time I'll be more fortunate. Flying in economy is truly like riding in a very big Greyhound Bus! It beats driving, but not by much. I wish trains were more plentiful and affordable."

Pros: "My flight attendants on my flight were wonderful and so was the boarding crew at San Fran's airport to Las Vegas were awesome as well. The space I had on my connecting flight to vegas was awesome and the feature it had to charge devices were a nice too."
Cons: "The crew at the front desks and at the boarding area for my flight from Anchorage, AK, to the San Fran airport however, were extremely rude. The rating for the crew is a 2 because although my flight attendants were awesome, but the service given to me and to my fellow flyers by the Customer Service Agents/Reps at the front desk and the training of a newbie at the gate, when boarding at the Anchorage, Alaska, airport was terrible. They were extremely unprofessional and did not seem to care that the tones of their voices, their facial expressions, as well as their body language, showed that they lacked the manners and knowledge of compassion, respect and courtesy. Their rotten attitudes were insufficient at making the customers/guests of the airlines feel comfortable before flying. I did not appreciate being spoken to the way some of the reps did."

Cons: "They must be notified 4-5 hours delay departs departs before arrived airport. I left at 3:30 heatherton circle,dacula. Ga. To airport. After that I got the airplane has been delayed, and my flight schedule has completely change. I don't want think about it because I'm very tired ."

Cons: "You pay for everything- including wi fi. Cheapest, saddest flights I've ever had. Never again flying United."

Pros: "The crew was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Water and drinks were offered regularly. For those who had the app there was inflight entertainment. We paid for plus size seats and had enough leg room."
Cons: "I believe that on the long flights built in entertainment screens should be standard. Most people did not have the app and many spent 8.5 hours without anything to do. Food is not offered on this long flight unless you pay for it. You must walk to the very back of the plane where the food is in warmers. I got a hamburger and it was a bit dried out. Could have been worse...just hard to handle since tomato, lettuce and condiments were on the side. A larger person sat next to me and took use of the armrest between us which made me feel like I lost 4 inches of my personal space."

Pros: "Awesome Illy coffee and stroopwaffel cookie for my flight to Guatemala for my first medical mission trip on a snowy cold morning was a welcome snack. It was so much better than the snack mix or nut packs that you usually get."

Cons: "We had to wait over two hoirs for them to het us a plane. They allowed United Staff members to dead head to Scranton amd bumped paying costomers. They flight attended stopped her speech to make a mother keep her infant quiet. The The agent at the gate continued to give false information on the delays."

Cons: "$27 for a double Jack and (1/2 a can) Coke and a beer seems excessive."

Cons: "Over an hour mechanical delay at ALB. We barely made it to our connection. Pretty tense considering I was with an elderly confused mother who would not have dealt well with a delay from Newark to Denver."

Cons: "After you get used to Jet Blue, it's tough to fly with United where there is no inflight entertainment unless you bring your own gadget. There are no in-flight snacks other than a tiny bag of mini pretzels or over-priced "snack boxes" for purchase. For short flights this is fine, but for 5 hour flights, it's a bit stingy. The biggest frustration with United is the small space. If you are a small child, great, but for adults, it's just terribly uncomfortable. Truly a "herded animal" experience."

Pros: "We booked our trip on United and they were the most accommodating airlines for the deaf (3 deaf in our group of 6) by far. They made sure we were all set, came by our seats to ask if we needed anything, etc. I will definitely fly United every chance I get."

Cons: "Sat and listened the WHOLE trip except when drinks were being served to the private lives of the flight attendants. The didn't pick up trash so everyone had to place their ice and semi full drinks in the nets when it got bumpy for the landing. I watched the flight attendants the whole time- they got paid to converse about everything- here is proof- one flight attendant was complaining that she only had 4 days of vacation and that she never gets called to work- I think I can guess why- and that she has talked to Kaitlyn- I think that was her bosses name?? But she wasn't given more hours. I wish I had ear plugs. The African American lady was so unkind and uncaring. She scollded another African American lady for coming to the back to throw away her trash. She hurt the lady's feelings and made her mad too. The folks on the plane seemed to be too much of a deflection to their personal conversations, but they were successful at ignoring everyone. We had to be careful to not spill liquid on our carry on etc and not hit the cups and such with our knees on the way out. I usually fly Southwest and want to write a letter telling them how great their service is! I apologized to the cleaning crew as the flight attendants told us to not worry about our drinks"the cleaning crew" will get it. How unprofessional to treat others that way. Stop talking! You can get A WHOLE lot done when you aren't sharing your personal life and opinions with each other!"

Cons: "First of all it was delayed, no big deal but once i checked in I wasn't even assigned a seat. I try to find an agent at the boarding gate and none to be found. They finally arrive 30 min before take off and then assign me a middle seat when I specifically picked my seat weeks earlier and of course was one of the last people to board barely enough time to search for a place for my bag and get to my middle seat in the back of the aircraft. Not even a sorry or any type of compensation for a terrible experience"
