Voo atrasado 1 hora, péssimo processo de embarque, comissários mal humorados, péssimo serviço de venda a bordo (Mercado Latam) - já no início, maior parte das opções indisponíveis. A Latam só piora.
Everything was good!
The extremely rigid limitation of 8Kg for carry on is not what I would expect from a non-Low cost air company. For business travellers it is very important to save baggage collection time at the destination airport.
Boarding was seamless.
Aircraft was just old. My seat would not hold on the stretched position and screens were badly to non-responsive.
Very cold and food was cold as well (and I was the first one served). There was only one meal and no food at the back during the rest of the flight like there was on the way over.
