My United connecting flight was delayed. I rushed to arrive at the gate prior to the departure time to be told the plane had left early and I had been rescheduled to the next morning at 7am. However, there were no vouchers available for me to stay in a hotel or get food. So, I was able to get a flight on American that got me home the same night. By the way, the American flight was delaying takeoff to wait for passengers who had been delayed on their connecting flights.

Reservation was deleted so check in took a very long time and my seat (reserved weeks in advance) on the long international flight was reassigned to a very undesirable location.

4 hour delay. Terrible customer service. We were told that the delay was due to weather conditions. Three hours later are told real reason. Could not leave airport because crew shift would be too long. Then told we would get free hotel accommodations. After waiting in a 2 .5 hour line were told all the hotels were booked. Everything about this experience was horrible.

A lady with a dog on a leash was allowed on board. I do not think it was a service dog. In the gate area, the dog was encouraged to get up on the seat. The owner also walked the dog over to a couple to visit, and the couple had a large cat in a carrier. The dog owner did not see the cat in the carrier for a few minutes. Then, when she did realized it she did not move away. You could see that the dog noticed the cat and was getting excited, and proceeded to bark. I don't know why she didn't back away when she noticed the cat. On board, the dog, still on a leash, didn't stay under her feet. The owner did not hang on to the leash.

5 plus hour flight and one movie as entertainment option shown on a tiny screen from cabin headliner. Like in the 1980’s. and do not forget your headphones or you will be buying some earbuds!

Almost everything. Only the food was lacking. I like their new planes. The outlet at the seat in coach. The magazine options at the seat as well. I did not look at the entertainment so I will not rate that. The crew was professional.

Just the food options. Ginger snaps was what was served for food and a beverage. I suppose this is what obtains on most airlines these days but can't I hope for something more like maybe a sandwich? AA has the opportunity to set themselves apart in this area.

I booked a LATAM flight for a 10.5 hour flight specifically because they have better in flight entertainment. I arrived at the airport and found it it was operated by AA. 10.5 hours with zero in flight entertainment. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

had to take another flight, ticket agent was able to change me to a different flight on JAL. however, JAL could not access the ticket info and ticket agent would not take my payment. result was missing that flight, ticket manager told me it's my fault and tough luck no refund. American airlines told me the same, ended up losing my money for the ticket purchase. i booked another new flight with another airline direct. worst experience in my life using kayak.

I was traveling for medical reasons and the Delta crew took great care of me, made sure I was at my connecting gate on time, and even put me in a better seat on the plane. Not sure if that was a coincidental upgrade, or intentional, but it was perfect.

I call in advance to paid the fees for baggage, I call Aeromexico because was the main airline for the fly, but Delta at Seattle made me paid again the fees for baggage’s even by phone they said that I didn’t need to paid. BE AWARE AND CAREFUL BECAUSE THE LADIES IN THE FRONT DESK didn’t even look the paperwork that you have in hand, they only want to charge you saying that your payment thru Aeromexico didn’t help you in the 1st fly. How this can happen when Delta and Aeromexico are two subsidiary one of another ?

Awesome and helpful crew

Reservation was deleted so check in took a very long time and my seat (reserved weeks in advance) on the long international flight was reassigned to a very undesirable location. Food was not good, and drink service was only done twice on 17 hour flight. It took an hour to start taxiing after we were all seated and left the gate.

Delay after delay. Took way too long for de-icing. The storage compartmemt door got stuck and I could not get my bag out. The flight attendant blamed the issue on my bag. She claimed it was too big. It was not. I have carried the bag on several flights with similar planes, the gate agent slowed it on the plane as many have, and I had no issue opening and closing other compartment as I tried a couple after maintenance retrieved my bag.

Oh the crew was very pretty. They spent more time on themselves their hair their make up and on their phones than they did the entire first class. Check our flights and miles. We fly AA ALOT for ourselves and other. WCB4350 Shipman. We don’t complain ever. But when you spend what we do and only just get your first drink with your dinner in the air is utterly ridiculous. Never got a clean up or a second drink. Had to interrupt the glam squad from their phones and make up bringing them our dirty glasses and trash asking for a second drink. Not impressed with this crew at all! Normally AA IS TOP KNOTCH. So it sets the standard that we’ve been accustomed to however complete and total letdown on this flight

Seats were comfortable ... enough. Boarding process, once underway allowed me to get overhead bin and stash my other luggage in the seat below me. Flight wasn't overly booked (85-95%) so there appeared to be room for others to stretch out. Now about that crying kid...

Ugh. Weather delays. The flight was scheduled to board about 7P but it arrived late and they had to not only unload the self-loading cargo, but clean up afterwards. Would be nice to get a better estimate as to how long it would take to board so that I could hang out in the lounge. In addition, departure from JFK was delayed as well, either we missed the IFR window or got stuck behind some traffic and I fell asleep on the plane only to wake up what seemed an hour later just getting ready to hit V1. No upgrade.

No hassle of changing terminals in JFK, no bagagge claim, AA check-in-this time, was a "good luck"....Connection in Helsinki, very quik!

Finnair flight AY06 are old aircrafts. Every other in-seat monitor was out of order, flight attendants could not do much. That created mess for passengers, trying to move their seats to the ones with working monitors.....

I have carried the bag on several flights with similar planes, the gate agent slowed it on the plane as many have, and I had no issue opening and closing other compartment as I tried a couple after maintenance retrieved my bag.

Good leg room

5 plus hour flight and one movie as entertainment option shown on a tiny screen from cabin headliner. Like in the 1980’s. and do not forget your headphones or you will be buying some earbuds!

Almost everything. Only the food was lacking. I like their new planes. The outlet at the seat in coach. The magazine options at the seat as well. I did not look at the entertainment so I will not rate that. The crew was professional.

Just the food options. Ginger snaps was what was served for food and a beverage. I suppose this is what obtains on most airlines these days but can't I hope for something more like maybe a sandwich? AA has the opportunity to set themselves apart in this area.

Nice crew

I booked a LATAM flight for a 10.5 hour flight specifically because they have better in flight entertainment. I arrived at the airport and found it it was operated by AA. 10.5 hours with zero in flight entertainment. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

We were initially told that our flight would arrive early. Then we sat on the tarmac for a half hour before anyone could be bothered to tell us we were waiting for the plane to be de-iced.

A lady with a dog on a leash was allowed on board. I do not think it was a service dog. In the gate area, the dog was encouraged to get up on the seat. The owner also walked the dog over to a couple to visit, and the couple had a large cat in a carrier. The dog owner did not see the cat in the carrier for a few minutes. Then, when she did realized it she did not move away. You could see that the dog noticed the cat and was getting excited, and proceeded to bark. I don't know why she didn't back away when she noticed the cat. On board, the dog, still on a leash, didn't stay under her feet. The owner did not hang on to the leash.

4 hour delay. Terrible customer service. We were told that the delay was due to weather conditions. Three hours later are told real reason. Could not leave airport because crew shift would be too long. Then told we would get free hotel accommodations. After waiting in a 2 .5 hour line were told all the hotels were booked. Everything about this experience was horrible.

Reservation was deleted so check in took a very long time and my seat (reserved weeks in advance) on the long international flight was reassigned to a very undesirable location.
